 i dont doubt it you, i just never experienced a detailed Customers Letter specify country or description usually it says like " AN ARTICLED HAS BEEN CLAIMED " or some mumble jumble crap like that , I  am used to getting the faded generic  letters (I barely got ink left for this LE  to even be mailed out , and to long of a read til i realized its trash food for Oscar the grouch )

I also got a customs letter.  Have had quite a few past orders make it without any problem.  IMHO the packaging needs to be better.  I emailed zone about it 7 days ago and still am waiting on a response.

i didn't get no LL for July or June, and i am in smerica

@ scrtlvrby, i am not doubting you , but it doesn't really stick out unless customs was tipped off and alerted to what to look for when mail is coming through Customs Sort Facilty, or someone who you disliked that dislikes you and maybe just maybe lets say you did tell a friend how you get meds, maybe just maybe betrayed you and reported your addy to USPS or DEA(HIGHLY UNLIKELY, IPS GET RECORDED ANDI DOUBT ANYONE WILL GO THAT LENGTH)  and they flagged your address at the sort facility. But this is all conspiracy theories in my mind now

, when your mail goes through the SORT FACILITY REMEMBER THE WEAR AND TEAR ON International to U.S deliveries, these packages, letters sit in other tons of mail, and hot settings, WEAR AND TEAR, and AS Mail gets SORTED from FACILITY TO FACILITY maybe it got TORN/ RIPPED in the process because these machines are known sometimes to get mail stuck in those damn machines and rip or cause tears in packaging and maybe during the CUSTOMS PROCESS it got ripped/torn in transit to them in their machines, those machines are pretty outdated still, even when they say they got the best TECHNOLOGY ,customs rely on Intel, and prior experience,

i am pretty sure your item was damaged in transit to customs, and contents were exposed,

Def I can tell what's in the pack just by handling it and you can hear it.  I've worked with a lot of vendors over the years and can tell you that good packaging  makes a world of difference.  I am 100% with another vendor over the course of years.  By the way, still no response from our Serbian vendor after inquiring over a week ago

As far as PAC tech zone does it very well that's why I put up with lack luster customer support.  I have never had any loseies or noisey letters.

Really, you don't know what I mean?  How about the sound of foil and plastic? You should have spent more time at Christmas shaking your packages and trying to figure out what was in them.  Customs is not stupid.  They deal with thousands of packages a day.  If you thought it was pretty stealthy I question how long you have been in the game and how much business you have done with other vendors.  Trust me, that is not stealthy IMO.  By the way Zone has been ignoring emails about his reshipping policy for about 2 weeks

I agree...this may have happened.  packs get beat to hell sometimes.  they go through a lot of machinery, a number of facilities, and come a very long distance
