Fernando

This is my first review for Fern, and I couldn’t be more pleased with his great service. Fern’s communication is excellent. Product is top-notch, the packaging was clever, and most importantly everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. The weather was a bit uncooperative, so Fern stayed in touch, and I didn’t  have to ask questions. I was kept informed.

Just an update on order placed over the holiday weekend. Was getting everything in place with Fernando to make donation after the holiday. 

Donation made early AM 1/17

Donation picked up late 1/17

After i sent email with donation info, Fernando replied asking for senders name and amount sent, but did not confirm order and address as requested in email. I sent another email with his requested info and reminder of my order quantity and shipping address.

Money was picked up after my email, but no response (as promised) regarding TN or order confirmation. This was an ON so I can't help but feel nervous. Reading past posts about delays, etc. makes me feel a little better. I am anxious cuz this is a high dollar, first order from vendor. Crossing fingers on getting an early response from Fern to ease my tensions. He has been very respectful in our communication and others have posted delays that later turned out to be worth the wait. Will keep you all  updated on transaction. Thanks! Whippy

 
Heard from Fern today. Order was supposed to go out today but no TN or confirmation that it was sent. I have peeps waiting on these......anyone else in the same boat? I really need these by the weekend.

 
Update: I received TN late last night. Although the status is not yet available, I realize I've been unnecessarily paranoid. From reading other posts and talking to other vendors, even if you send funds before the day's cut off, your order still won't be sent until 24 hours after payment is received. To quote many others, no true ON anymore. I just want to give kudos to Fernando for being so polite and patient with me. He has been fabulous and I look forward to trying his forties!

 
@Whippy A lot off us have been there on first orders 

hell I still freak out(I know better even) but the more orders under your belt , the more the statistics will make you feel better:) 

poor 2 earls has pulled me off a cliff a few times ;)  if u get some buddies to pm it helps keep from posting in those times . Or u can Pm me if u feel a melt down:-

I am dealing several issues right now(sick all month, sudden death in fam Thurs night and now the wait of this)so just stressed to the max!!

 
@DJH-Krazy Maybe pm belladonna ?  I ordered this week from another vendor and stuff is running about 2 days later than normal .. A little stressed as well.. But I hope by now or later tomorrow Fern will be back to his emails and you have good news .

Thanks for the reply. Gives me little relief. He had just been very quick to respond then silence so hoping to hear from him soon.

Since 2-1 was a Friday, and I have found that these guys are gone Friday at 5:00- Sunday evening, I think he should answer tonight or tomorrow.

So try not to panic too much. I really do understand- I can’t tell you the stress I’m dealing with, and just received half an expected order- but try to take some deep breaths and give it until tomorrow. Please accept my condolences also. I’m so sorry.

Thanks so much! I appreciate this! The 1st was on a Thursday though but hoping it is just life on his part and he will be getting back today to me as I am not in excruciating pain on top of everything.

Thanks so much for response and I will let 2earls know if I hear nothing by tomorrow I guess. I just hope I am not sh!& outta luc....trying to think positive but 4 days and no communication I am stressed. 

 
I have a member who can't get in touch with Fernando after placing an order and now I have been trying to contact him for a couple days myself with no luck.

I hope he is OK and there is an explanation forthcoming, but until one of us hears from him I thought it best to put this thread under surveillance. 

 
I'm sad to have to move Fernando to the blacklist. I tried to email him before I got sick and when I came back and still no answer I tried again. In the second email I said please just contact me and as long as there is communication we can work out the problems and that was 2 days ago. If anyone has any information on what happened here please pm me.

  11. xenxra @ xenxra: @CalFresh if you are able to DM me (in a secure manner) the transactions associated with your btc theft, i can look into that part for you at least. i;m still 99% certain if the fbi didn't discard my leads they could have gotten some of my coins back and considering you had your coins stolen within the us, you have a much better chance of recovery than me. unless they went through mixers i could probably trace them myself.

Having my savings drained and my security vanish in an instant is paralyzing and the repercussions will only be realized in the coming days and weeks. for now I'm just trying to stay focused on the immediate priorities for ensuring this doesn't. cause cataclysmic failure to the life I've built for my children and I.
