Have you looked into if it is IR or time release? You can go to https://www.drugs.com/imprints.php and find out what the pill is. You would honestly be best trying half of the tablet and after an hour see how you feel and make the best educated choice.

Then it should be just a little bit stronger than what you're used to. If you take it I would recommend not operating any heavy machinery e.g. cars.

Wondering how it worked out for you?   I had a 5.0 mg one recently and it was almost as strong as 7.5 hydrough in terms of PAIN relief, but it was more more sedating and less euphoric for sure...hope it assisted with your need sufficiently

Clarification  - mine was NOT time-release so it was a koe DONE not a kon-TEN.   BTW I still prefer Hydrough over anything else, ever...sure wish it wasn't so $$$$ or counterfeited.
