I use cash app for BTC but would like to start using XMR. Where do I start?

Not Coinbase, I don’t want to wait days. I need one where I can buy & pay with quickly. :)

@thrasherlove There's also https://fixedfloat.com/ if you don't want the hassle of creating accounts.

If you wish to go anonymous, you can install Brave browser, turn on Privacy with Tor, and then visit Elude (http://eludemailxhnqzfmxehy3bk5guyhlxbunfyhkcksv4gvx6d3wcf6smad.onion/). (Brave is based on Chrome, so is very functional compared to the Tor browser, but do not use Brave as your full-time Tor client...this is just for quick access to accomplish a quick task.)

Fees will be greater on both than with KuCoin and other exchanges, but no accounts needed and more anonymous (even without KYC, your phone and IP know you).

Hello.

Can you please suggest some platform where I can transfer EUR to account, buy bitcoin, change it to USD, etc. HAs lowest fee and exchange fee, mining fee, etc. Is fast. And can transfer from EU to any bitcoin account.

I use till now Crypto platform. But recently I transfer 200 USD and they took 20 USD. THat is outrage.

I have cold storage Electrum (BTC) wallet and Exodus (XMR) wallet apps.   If I want XMR I use SimpleSwap web site.   Give my XMR receiving address to my Exodus wallet on SimpleSwap and then send the BTC from Electrum wallet to SimpleSwap when making the exchange.   FixedFloat was another shitty BTC/Exchange that didn't work for me and I've tried lots of others.   Don't know why this shit is so hard.   I use CoinZoom to buy my initial BTC.   Fees seem pretty low.

Use a vpn while conducting BTC transactions, you could also use tor or nym.

  4. CalFresh @ CalFresh: Thanks everyone. My family and I are safe ATM. @mellowella thank you, but they cleaned me out. the shelves are empty but I'm hoping to call in some favors to restock ASAP. @xenxra I will reach out to set up a secure comms channel for us. Thanks again all. Yesterday was tough, but the support I've received from those I can share is with has been a Godsend.
  5. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Mad love to you and your family @CalFresh
  6. xenxra @ xenxra: @CalFresh if you are able to DM me (in a secure manner) the transactions associated with your btc theft, i can look into that part for you at least. i;m still 99% certain if the fbi didn't discard my leads they could have gotten some of my coins back and considering you had your coins stolen within the us, you have a much better chance of recovery than me. unless they went through mixers i could probably trace them myself.
  7. O @ Outsider9173: @CalFresh Haven't been here long but I want to wish you a fast recovery

  12. mellowella @ mellowella: I will always remember what you did for me the very first time I donated. I have been waiting to pay that kindness forward.
  13. mellowella @ mellowella: @CalFresh are you and your family safe? You’ve helped me in a pinch and were more than generous, and I’m sure you’ve helped others. How can we help you? Does it help at all if we completely buy out what’s left? Maybe that gives time and funds to restock and rebuild? I don’t want to break any rules here, but please let us know if we can do anything. All on your time of course.
  14. CalFresh @ CalFresh: thanks guys. I'm pulling together what I have left and leaning on the kindness of folks who support me to restock my shelves so that I can keep the lights on. Having my savings drained and my security vanish in an instant is paralyzing and the repercussions will only be realized in the coming days and weeks. for now I'm just trying to stay focused on the immediate priorities for ensuring this doesn't. cause cataclysmic failure to the life I've built for my children and I.
  15. H @ hotdog45: @CalFresh hey man if I can do anything, anything at all to help you get back on your feet let me know. Truly my heart goes out to you. I sent you an email also
  16. G @ gfunkster: @CalFresh im really sorry to hear that. But remember karma is real my man. They just fd their karma for a long time.
  17. Telp @ Telp: @CalFresh Thats so fucked man. Im glad you’re safe! And wishing you the best. What a bunch of scumbags.
  18. 0 @ 0osten: @CalFresh wow man.....I'm glad you're safe. Keep us updated, prayers for you bro
  19. CalFresh @ CalFresh: everyone here is safe. I was here alone.
  20. CalFresh @ CalFresh: friends, about a few hours ago my home was invaded by two punk thugs with guns. They stole everything I had in my home: cash, electronics, and mags, and forced me to transfer $20K in Bitcoin. it is a huge loss and I'm still reeling trying to figure out what i.can do to recover. For now I'm just trying to secure what little I have left so they can't take anything else. I'm telling you guys cause theres not many others I can tell. please bare w/ me, it'll take a few days to get back up and running
