I have not. My order from April 11th was only updated from "Processing" to "Completed" on April 29, but I've received no response to repeated emails (and no mail).

And just like that their website is down. Shoutout to everyone else that placed orders while they still seemed like a reputable business. Unless they have some serious internal issues or even with troubles LE, I hope they eat shit

Yeah i saw that, but unless they send what they owe me and all the others you can be sure i won't order with them until that gets addressed, they gotta win that trust back.

Yeah, exactly. I put in a substantial (for me) order with them the day they went dark, and I never heard anything from them again. I hounded them for weeks, nothing. They just took my money, disappeared, and went dark. If it walks like an exit scam and quacks like an exit scam...

If they want me to update my one-star review, my order would need to arrive by limousine, delivered by a guy in white gloves and a tuxedo, with a handwritten apology for all the ways they screwed up. Let's just say I'm not holding my breath.

I would rather order from a place that takes over a month to deliver then even give these guys any of my information. Just my 2 cents. It's really a shame that places like this will get our hopes up and then screw people over. This game is such a hard one to play. Even if they do eventually ship to you. I sure am not going to take any chances with them. Good luck to you both! I hope it arrives eventually. Stay safe out there!

Thanks... It wasn't a real huge amount--I think I read other people spent over a thousand dollars and got nothing--but it was definitely an investment in stocking up that I wasn't prepared to lose. They were a top-notch company with great stealth and fantastic customer service, so it felt like a safe enough bet. Like my dad always said, if you play the game, sometimes you're gonna lose...

Anyway, a replacement order is not in my budget now, so I've had to put my research on hold and I think that's the worst part about this whole mess.

Me and a few others have been scammed by them and the shop has been advertising a "grand reopening" since the beginning of June so i doubt any shipping will be done by them anytime soon unless they miraculously reopen after such a long period. And i think that yes they did ship to US when they were reliable.
