Kratom vendors that will ship to Wisconsin

Hey everyone, was wondering if anyone from Wisconsin, or that knows of a great vendor or just vendor in general, that will still ship to Wisconsin? It is technically ‘banned’ in Wisconsin, but from what I’ve read and come to understand, it is illegal to ‘possess’ in Wisconsin, but not technically illegal to ship TO Wisconsin from outside Wisconsin… The sender cannot get prosecuted technically, and, if anyone found out, the people who regulate that, do not care nor are looking for Kratom (if they even know what it was heh)… it is a ‘Tea’ and is natural and just a leaf, I know it can be strong, but it flies under the radar usually (or always, idk)…

Please HELP! =} because I’m not looking to continue getting it shipped to a family member outside the state nor having to continue driving to Minnesota when I need replacement…
