Hey everyone. I've been into researching chems for a while now. I recently decided to join because the facilities in my area are bad at research and like to waste time, so I would rather just do it myself.

I'm most interested in research that can improve quality of sleep as well as stimulants for caffeine/afinil tolerance

Don't mind the name, it was randomly generated

Anyways, I am glad to be here and look forward to interacting with the community

Hey. I'm a newb as well (I mean new to this forum, not to substances).

What have you tried as sleep aids previously? I've tried plenty over the years, both natural and chemical. Perhaps we can compare notes!

Welcome to the forum — great to have you here!

If I can help you in any way, feel free to reach out.

You can always contact me at shop@medstorepro.com if you ever need anything.

Cheers,

Unfortunately I haven't found anything satisfactory yet, but I have found minor benefits from more orthodox compounds. Here's a list of what I am currently using

For inducing sleep:
Zinc Picolinate 50mg
Melatonin 10mg
Magnesium Citrate 150mg

For staying asleep:
Extended release melatonin (Absorbs slowly over the span of ~6-8 hours)
Doxylamine Succinate 25mg (Hoping to move away from this due to long term anticholinergic effects)

Yeah, it can be hard to find something that works, and what works for one person may not for another.

Doxylamine is kind of rough. I get bad fog brain the morning after using it. Melatonin has had mixed results for me.

Benzos can be effective but that's not something to use frequently (speaking from bitter experience). If you are interested in safe(r), herbal remedies, I would recommend trying kava if you have not already. Instant kava powder is easy to use and can help your body and mind relax, which can in turn lead to sleep.

Hope you find something that works for you soon.

Honokiol, lemon balm extract and passion flower extract supposed to modulate the GABA system pretty well. Personally found a great effect from Honokiol in the past. The downside is that the ole power mags are so much more economic than the nootropics, the price comparison isn't even funny TBH XD (As i laugh / cry at the same time)

Could also look into Memantine for reversing stim tolerance so the good ye ole mags read nice and fresh again, similar concept for application of 9-methyl-Beta-Carboline for dopaminergic neurons / system

If you're made of money, you can also try Selank / Semax / Noopept combo with some sort of cholinergic supplement like Alpha GPC.

I got 100 mg of Semax once and banged every page, one at a time while upgrading my prerequisites for College. Really helped me get my head back in the game for math, was also dosing the Phenibut hard at the time. Sad that stuff costs many times more than the hard hitting mags per page too lol.

Selank also helps modulate and regulate the GABAergic system in the brain. Check them out and do some pricing and I'm sure you'll find yourself in a similar conundrum. I have recently found BPC-157 sold by the gr@m for a very reasonable price from an Aussie vendor, considering 5 mg goes for 40 - 45 bucks over here the gr@m is priced extremely competitively. I'll check that one out probably in the next 6 months

  2. D @ drdrizzy13: Yeah it was definitely a hold. Can't blame the refs for calling it. But I've seen many sketchy calls in the past to help the spread or over/under lol.
  3. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Wonder how much money was impacted by that last touchdown and holding call back. The refs were flirting with the over/under payoffs… that flag either cost a lot people some money or won them a bunch. But I guess you can’t say it was a bad call, just a very impactful one.
  4. shoutback @ shoutback: Fucking A nfl season is over :( Those were by and far the best teams this season. That Elite D will just stifle mofos. And ya gotta give Darnold his flowers for taking care of the football. That was professional.
  5. M @ meepmoopmeep: Too bad that football season is over now
  6. M @ meepmoopmeep: Seahawks offense left more to be desired (esp during first half) but patriots offense was just abysmal. A win is a win though. Squawk squawk!
