This was my first order from Chemthugs and i am happy with the outcome…
Chemthugs007 always maintains a diverse assortment of desirable products & has been very responsive when any concerns arise…
Order arrived on time and quality is good…
It is very interesting to me that all 3 of these brand new members with <10 posts all came in at the same time - the most convenient of times for ChemCrud - to share their “positive experiences”.

Meanwhile, over the last few pages alone, I’m counting 6+ members who still have outstanding orders or very serious product issues that are either being completely ignored, or that are repeatedly told to stay quiet and keep waiting.

The lack of customer service, and the pure lack of empathy at the fact ChemThugs consistently sends out mislabeled/incorrect products is beyond concerning. Truly the entire thread is one of the biggest, reddest flags I’ve seen here.

The cherry on top is that instead of trying to work through each issue with his angry clients, or trying to clear his name, he instead spams out their entire product line, in plain text (without using any kind of code-words or even shorthand notation), multiple times a week (especially when a negative reviews comes in). I’ve even seen an example of him quoting 1 review from a member 3-4 different times, all spread out over the course of a few weeks. As if to make it look like the 1 review is actually 3-4 separate reviews.

My opinion is that it’s all a poorly masked attempt at drowning out negative reviews by purposefully clogging their own thread. Because who is going to have the time or will to read through hundreds of pages of the same menu being posted over and over and over again, just to find a few legitimate reviews?

Do your homework before purchasing from ChemThugs and others that display similar mannerisms/qualities! And on the off-chance it does show up, ALWAYS test every single product (this should be standard practice for every purchase regardless the vendor).
