Just wanted to add that there are no tracking issues with the current pack. It was usps being their inefficient weird selves. Rift has been on top of it every step of the way.
 
The eagle has landed and omg did Rift hook it up with the extras! Thank you, my man! He has been with me every step and I appreciate that knowing how many messages he may get. I will try to do a proper review of the mags, but I'm still reading materials from the last subscription. Thx RC
 
Oh btw I found the nort to be a good research material. Nice warmness and pleasant. I’d probably buy it again.
 
The main page has an update. I'm confident things will be moving smoothly soon. Waiting game is awful, eagerness can get the best of me but lets keep our heads up playboys and playgirls!
 
Placed an order from off site menu on 9/11. I followed the instructions and sent payment, then payment ID and other info needed. After everything sent radio silence. No confirmation email, no response of any kind. I've kept up with thread and website and have seen he is active. I'm surprised to have this experience with such a highly rated vendor. I'd just take a refund and call it a day at this point. If any there is any update I'll post here.

I’m in the same boat as you atm. I’ve had positive experiences with Rift before so this is very unexpected. I’m waiting on him to pull through with a refund and it will be all water under the bridge!

Several of the libraries on here request in their policies giving two weeks for processing, not checking the status of a book, I'm trying to be respectful of everyone's time (including mine).
 
Hey guys, I apologize for the lack of communication this week. I had hired on a full-time customer service rep before I had to attend IRL business this week, but it looks like we had some miscommunication on when he was supposed to start.

I will be responding to everyone that hasnt heard from me and getting tracking added to orders within the next few hours. Including everyone thats posted in this thread of course. Rest assured, any paid for orders or missing items will be taken care of with plenty of extra thrown in if your order is more than 48 hours old.

The good news is that there is now a full time customer service rep who will be answering emails daily after I catch up with the current ones today.

Currently adding tracking to all processing orders. Any order from before 9/16 is receiving an extra $50-$150 in product depending on order size.

Unfortunately I didn't need what I initially ordered, and Rift was out if the other items of interest so he happily refunded me this morning, no problem. My perception of he/she/they being a top vendor has been renewed. Hopefully next time!

The refs were flirting with the over/under payoffs… that flag either cost a lot people some money or won them a bunch. But I guess you can’t say it was a bad call, just a very impactful one.
