I’m in the same boat as you atm. I’ve had positive experiences with Rift before so this is very unexpected. I’m waiting on him to pull through with a refund and it will be all water under the bridge!Placed an order from off site menu on 9/11. I followed the instructions and sent payment, then payment ID and other info needed. After everything sent radio silence. No confirmation email, no response of any kind. I've kept up with thread and website and have seen he is active. I'm surprised to have this experience with such a highly rated vendor. I'd just take a refund and call it a day at this point. If any there is any update I'll post here.
