Curious Anyone else have the same wonderful “Brown” delay this AM causing their mags to be either 1 or 2 days behind?

I don't have anything in motion right now but it's not shocking! I work in a business where quick 24 hr turn-around is necessary or else we have to start the clock over. 3letter was coming in at 51% on time.

We just moved to another carrier 2 months ago, this carrier, in the last two months has only missed one on-time. 99% on time.

AND I will clarify too that weather related incidents are NOT included in the calculations! I loved the drivers for 3letter. They are great. We stayed so long because of the drivers. But when it came down to impacting my take home coins, I had to have the "it's me, not you" conversation with the drivers! Almost everyone I know that works there all shared its a shit-show there right now.

In fairness my colleagues in smaller locations did not share the same failure so it does seem to be focused on the larger work group.

Sorry for you. What BS drop down selection did they select today? I know this doesn't make it better but at least Monday isn't a holiday! In my experience almost every Saturday delivery we had coming (again only in some larger areas) that backed up to a Monday legal holiday they were closed, the Saturday delivery was delayed for a 100 different reasons! So Tuesday would be the next available .

I also noticed in smaller areas it would sometimes alert that it was delayed a business day and then when I would check a couple hours later, it would be out for delivery. Seems like in smaller locations, the employees tried harder to meet delivery times. Again only my opinion--someone from the inside could tell me I was way off base!

This was a really wordy way of saying "Sorry friend!" I hope it's not an urgent case!
