I have mixed feelings about this vendor.
My experience so far: I have already placed 7 orders, of which only 2 have actually been delivered.
Keep in mind that every order was placed with the regarding mags being listed as available.
1st order, paid via bank transfer:
4 days until notification that the mags are sold out
2 more days until refund
2nd order, paid via crypto:
3 days until notification that the mags are sold out
4 more days until refund
(may or may not be important: dbg coupon period has started)
3rd order, paid via bank transfer:
delivered after a couple of days
4th order, paid via bank transfer:
delivered after a couple of days
(may or may not be important: now dbg coupon has expired)
5th order, paid via bank transfer:
I get a notification by the bank that there is 'something wrong' (not going into details) with the recipient's account.
I contact EC and ask them to check, they tell me their account is active and fine.
So I try again, same result, doesn't work.
The next day they give me a new account, but the order already has been automatically cancelled.
6th order, paid via bank transfer:
6 days until notification that the mags are sold out
no refund yet
7th order, paid via bank transfer:
After 4 days the order is still listed as 'on hold', gonna cancel the transaction myself.
So in conclusion: I am satisfied with everything that was delivered, but I'm sure that they can still improve in terms of their organization.
By looking at the order numbers and assuming that the order numbers are consecutive, they are dealing with roughly 300 orders a week. That surely is a challenge since I don't know how many people are running EC.
Another plus is the fast response time when it comes to support, provided you pick the right email address among the three that are listed across the shop pages.
