My email to him was not about placing a new subscription, was inquiring about a pending/incomplete subscription from a few weeks ago, so I'm unsure about whether new orders are still being accepted. I will say I'm at least hopeful of my subscription still arriving, and he's been fairly responsive to my inquiries about the pending order (granted sometimes a bit of a delayed response time, though this last response was very fast), but I can certainly understand hesitation about making subscriptions for the time being. Hoping everyone's issues will be resolved and things will get back running smoothly, for our sakes and for Rhodium's sake.

Hello Rhod- I am glad to hear you are on the mend - I have read such wonderful things about you( this vendor ) and I am brand new to DBG- I had emailed asking for a menu 3 weeks ago( from my Gmail) then again just now ( when I saw you were feeling better) from my proton ( fi…@proton) and I keep getting a automated msg with a link to menu that still just does not work - initially 3 weeks ago I thought it was intentional cause I read you were not feeling well but it continues to not work- not sure of protocol cause I am so new here -any way I could get a message to you or a menu? Ordered sunday, just got a message today that they forgot to ship my package? I'm just posting this as an update, not at all a negative review, people make mistakes, and if a person were going to run with your money they wouldn't respond to tell you they forgot to ship and double check what was ordered. They just wouldn't respond, so no biggie. Will continue to update. It's Christmas, people are busy, and stuff happens. I'm sure when I get my order it will definitely make up for the extra wait time. Will post when I hear more!
