Has anybody here had their order successfully delivered lately ? It’s kinda disheartening for me, as I was (and still am) looking forward to reading these mags and its been a while.. I still have faith in Rift and am sure he’ll come through.
I’ve been trying to contact Rift since early Ish December! Several emails , No response. I’ve seen where he has updated his website many times saying something like
“Everything sent, tracking numbers sent for ALL orders” or some similar wording.

I’ve seen about 5 ppl on here say they have seen where it’s at least showing up on ID and moving, so that’s good. A few others said Mags had landed.

I’ve used DNMs since early 2012 onward and it’s always a rare thing for a vendor to take this long shipping orders out, even the ones that take a little longer at least reply to messages. International orders don’t take as long as I’ve seen some mention waiting.
which is one reason why I’ve always stuck mainly with Marketplaces and not cleannet + It’s more private, offers escrow and TONS of buyer reviews.

Ive always heard good things about Rift, so I was pretty surprised when I planned on ordering and then reached out a few times over a month with no reply.

It’s decent of him to take off the $140 minimum order so ppl can try smaller test amounts but if he’s still got orders that haven’t been completed, not replying to emails, like someone else mentioned it makes me wonder why invite all that possible extra orders when many haven’t been fully resolved.

Just my thoughts.

I emailed today and received a reply 2 hours later. Sure it would have been nice to have my reading material by now but as long as I don't get ghosted I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt.

He did end up replying last night, I guess a few packages were misplaced or something? From his post on here earlier today it sounds like it has been dropped off. Idk but as long as the package starts moving by midnight I’m satisfied. I’d love to hear if people have been having recent orders come in without any issues or delay. I know people are more likely to come hear and post about issues as opposed to just saying everything was normal but I’d think right now it would ease a lot of concerns to hear that some orders have been seamless, that would also make me more confident re-ordering from him after this ordeal. Granted, I placed my order on the 1st so assuming it actually starts moving today I would expect it to be delivered on Monday the 12th, so for an order placed on a holiday weekend that total time isn’t terrible, and if the communication was a little better I would have no problems. Idk if there is a whole team working or if it is a one man show, but if it is the latter, it’s understandable that there would be a delay in communication if they were bogged down with orders which ate up all their time. But if that was the case I feel like promising that all emails would be responded to daily when that is a promise they cannot live up to is just priming people to be worried when they send multiple emails without a reply. I’d rather the updates say that they are super busy and will get to everyone’s emails but there may be a delay as they also need to focus on getting orders out as well. Idk that’s just my perspective and it’s possible there are others out there who were getting replies within a day and their orders sent out within 48hrs of the payment. But if this was a problem that the majority of recent customers faced I feel like being a little more transparent about the realistic delays would make me feel more confident in them as a vendor as at least I could trust that they will live up to what is posted on their announcements section of their website
 
Rift has been EXTREMELY late with the few items I ordered in beginning of December, and after I thought it was sent out, it seems that a week later it was mixed up again as I thought it was about here now. Supposed to be sending half that he can by end of day and then the SR next week when it's available. Hopefully it goes out today first half, and then the SR next week. I have not even asked for extras and I believe he was giving 100-200$ extra to everyone in my category. But as much as the time thing is frustrating, and hopefully it will be fixed and bettered ultimately and continually keep getting better. Despite that and what just happened, I can always rely on the actual product to be of quality and of testing standards and accurate, as that is quite important in this area or study!

I wouldn’t have an issue, if he came out and said he’s swamped with orders and getting caught up, and replying to emails.
However I’ve been trying to get in contact with him since basically the start of December when I still had a working promo code.I just wanted clarification on a few things.

I never send emails over and over, I’m not going to beg anyone to order, Since marketplaces on Darknet there’s TONS of different options And Personally I’m not a fan of any vendors that don’t respond to emails, Just a simple update is fine but absolutely 0 comms? Not a good way to do it.
Especially when clearly stating on website and here, that Hes caught up and replying to all emails and as well as got everyone squared away when that’s clearly not the case.

Thats not me guessing, I’m strictly speaking of my own personal experience and the majority of messages on here show that communication is almost non existent.
Even after coming on and said
“Email me again, I’ll respond “
or the other day on here and his site stating tracking assigned and everything sorted.
Then after a few people state otherwise about no comms or update on ship
(including myself) he updates that some packages were missed but got them taken care of.

On top of having these so many issues with order’s, dropped the minimum $140 so new people could try smaller amounts as well which is cool, but that’s opening up to several more new subscribers coming in when there’s still unresolved stuff going on still from December. Why not clear first make sure to clear up any issues/confusion or backlog beforehand . Just my opinion.

If It hadn’t been mentioned on here about the SR not being in stock
no one would know it going by the store/site. I’m not telling anyone how to run things but if you know you don’t have a popular magazine on the shelves, then wouldn’t it be best to mention that on the site that way people don’t even bother subscribing to the SR until it actually is available.
That alone would stop customers from sending donations for that mag & getting frustrated in turn leading to extra emails on top of many others trying to get in contact wanting to know about order situations already ongoing.
In what world are people not entitled that update/information when sending their hard earned funds to a store that only exists because of those people who subscribe.

I know Rifts stuff is quality but I can’t think of anyone who wants to wait 10-20+ days for
US2US &have to go back and forth just to get their subscription.
If he was from outside the country then I could understand the amount of days but not the lack of communication.

My experience with online Clearnet & Darknet going back to around 2010 ish onwards
ive worked with services in the country to all around the world and even the ones that R from extremely Far, If dropped off within 72hrs after donating it’s around 20days give or take to touchdown.
My main service was across the globe and rarely did it take more than 8-10 days to land!
A few others were literally in damn near middle of nowhere with a crappy,
Un trustable Mail system but somehow managed to fly in, in very reasonable timeframe.

I mentioned this cause
US2US shouldn’t take this long. If things were just simply packed, and dropped off it wouldn’t either.
It would be one thing if it was actual situations after already in route to people but for many that’s clearly not the case.

I totally understand people need a few days- week break, especially if it’s one or two ppl trying to juggle everything and is grinding to keep things going smoothly, many don’t realize how much goes on behind all this/ but at the same time if you’re telling everyone all is good, no issues, everything is on track, responding to everyone etc but actions show completely different then it’s pretty much only a few things that could be going on.

Some people getting packs , some taking forever, or still trying to get it all sorted and get in contact.
this could be easily worked out and avoided is all I’m saying.
 
I just want to follow up and say I finally heard back from him via email apologizing and saying he will reship it tomorrow with extra, I will follow up if my tracking updates or if it does not
Well, unfortunately it looks like there was no update on my package, still sitting on pre-shipment. I was told it would be under the same tracking number and that it was dropped off this morning soo….

I had an order from over a week ago and emailed 2 days ago with no response - I noticed shipping status is awaiting package - is it likely my order is one of the packages that weren't dropped off? Appreciate you btw! Always 10/10 dealing with you - Happy New Year!
 
So this has been my recent experience and to be quite honest, like many of you, I'm starting to feel like I'm getting dicked around.

I came to this thread on 12/10 to add to my voice to the chorus of recent complaints about an order for SR I had placed on 11/22 that had allegedly been "shipped" but not received (nor had I been provided with tracking, which was a first with RC). Eventually Rift came back here after substantial speculation about WTAF was going on, chimed in on the thread, and DM'd me with apologies and the promise that he was shipping out my order that day (nearly a month after I originally placed the order), this time with two grams extra... but again, no tracking number.

A week passed... nothing. Then another six days. He DM's me, finally, asking, "was this order received?" I told him that it had not, and asked him the address he sent it to and which carrier was used. To his credit, he DM'd me again the next day, but he neglected to answer my questions, nor did he seem terribly surprised that the order was not, in fact, received. He merely insisted that it was "still safe to order" from the site and that he will once again get the SR reshipped this week with extra. This time I stressed that I would like an update when he ships it out, with tracking.

Yesterday I asked for an update, since the week was nearly over and I have yet to receive any further information. He has apparently read that DM, but he did not reply.

I have been unusually gracious about this whole experience, especially because, as others have said, Rift has always come through and made up for issues when they arise. But there are limits to my patience, especially when I see the same sort of thing happening to many other members.

Furthermore, the bit about dropping the minimum price cap, adding new products, etc., without first making good on past orders... this really is all starting to feel like setup to an exit scam. It wouldn't be surprising (considering the volume of unfulfilled orders, declining reputation, being removed as a verified vendor, etc.), were it not for the fact that RC had such a stellar reputation in the past and has always given the impression of being an honest and genuine guy (then again, if he got a little into reading his own mags, as has been speculated here... well, such things have been known to turn even the greatest angels into demons).

Please Rift, we want to believe the best in you. We understand it must be difficult coming back from all this. But it really does look questionable to see you attempting to build your customer base when you have a massive backlog already. Make good on your obligations -- the rumors will immediately cease, and all will be forgiven.
 
I want to send in an order so bad to try out something new rift, with you dropping min to 25 tablets, but these reviews not looking good. Any updates?

100% agree, shit happens and I would love to continue using rift if possible. I had liked all his stuff and my past two orders came within a week. But if this was another vendor I had not used before at this point I would have already written it off as a probable scam and even if the product ended up coming I would probably not order again.

I can handle a little delay because of my previous orders with him, but the messages posted here and on his site every day or two meant to reassure us are actually doing the opposite when the promises are not lived up to. That said, looking over this thread for the past month it seems like most of the people in our position do end up receiving their packages. It sounds like for a handful of people (maybe your case as well), it’s possible that the thing ordered was out of stock. Just dmd you to get a bitcoin address for a refund for you. You'll still receive your package but I dont want you thinking im scamming and it has taken a super long time so id prefer you to get it for free at this point.

If anyone ever wants a refund they are always free to ask for one. I will never hold anyones money if they feel they are being dicked around.

The problem is with the SR-17018, 4-metmp and ODSMT past orders only, and doesnt effect the rest of our operations. There has been stock issues, and then promises from our partners to ship out and help with the missing orders and then them not getting back to us with tracking or running out of stock themselves, so its been a huge mess trying to get everyone taken care of. But at any time you can request a refund and we will take care of you, we have never denied anyone a refund or a reship of another product.

And id greatly appreciate it if you do run into an issue and make it heard about in this thread, that you take that same time to post about when we resolve it so other people arent left wondering if we are scamming (not directed at the person im replying to)

everyone who posted who said their tracking hadnt updated has now updated they just havent come back to post it yet
Of course right after I post this my tracking updated. So it seems that something is on the way to me, def was dropped of a day later than I was told but I’ll take it, hopefully a few others here who were waiting also got/will get an update.

we've sent out a massive amount of packs this week and they've all updated. the only people left to be taken care of are the SR-17018 and 4-metmp people, and those packages are landing this coming week or they can request a refund if they havent received a tracking # yet. I should have tracking available for those orders by monday/tuesday.

All of the above late orders received extra product too for the wait, of course.

Easier for me to say as my order process was seamless for most part minor hiccup I can’t even remember what it was maybe a delay? (That was made up for with extra mags btw) But we all appreciate I’m sure these updates and communication! Thanks man! Look forward to new products coming soon, hopefully some b3nz03s too✌️I might have to make some decisions since your stocks low on some things and your seemingly ‘back’.
I did email tho about that offsite menu and never got it, I’d be curious about that one. Idk if it’s selective with who you give access too or not, I’d understand if so
