Has anybody here had their order successfully delivered lately ? It’s kinda disheartening for me, as I was (and still am) looking forward to reading these mags and its been a while.. I still have faith in Rift and am sure he’ll come through.

I’ve been trying to contact Rift since early Ish December! Several emails , No response. I’ve seen where he has updated his website many times saying something like
“Everything sent, tracking numbers sent for ALL orders” or some similar wording.

I’ve seen about 5 ppl on here say they have seen where it’s at least showing up on ID and moving, so that’s good. A few others said Mags had landed.

I’ve used DNMs since early 2012 onward and it’s always a rare thing for a vendor to take this long shipping orders out, even the ones that take a little longer at least reply to messages. International orders don’t take as long as I’ve seen some mention waiting.
which is one reason why I’ve always stuck mainly with Marketplaces and not cleannet + It’s more private, offers escrow and TONS of buyer reviews.

Ive always heard good things about Rift, so I was pretty surprised when I planned on ordering and then reached out a few times over a month with no reply.

It’s decent of him to take off the $140 minimum order so ppl can try smaller test amounts but if he’s still got orders that haven’t been completed, not replying to emails, like someone else mentioned it makes me wonder why invite all that possible extra orders when many haven’t been fully resolved.

Just my thoughts.

Sorry for the few people who had their tracking not update from earlier this week. I found 5 packages that had not been dropped off. I repackaged them with some extra and dropped them off today so they will update shortly.

Totally, I’m not losing any sleep over it. Tbh if he would respond to any of my emails I would be totally fine with a delay but when there is zero communication for a week and I have no idea if he is even aware that my pack still hasn’t been sent out. His announcement on the website has changed but a few days ago I am pretty sure he was claiming that all packs would be shipped within 48 hours at the latest so any update that lets me know what is going on/why there has been a delay is all I really want. When you pay like 15 bucks for priority shipping I feel like a week long delay warrants an update from the vendor even if I never sent him emails asking for an update.

Again, it’s no big deal and he has been solid for me for a few order prior (even though my questions about those orders were never replied to either)

Totally get that. Sucks man sorry, yeah especially if you’ve used him before that’s interesting. Hope it lands soon/comms resume

Never use PayPal with this stuff that's a given, or should be for most. Use your own personal wallet preferably, but if you can't or don't want to take the time to understand it all, at least use something like Coinbase or Kraken wallets.. don't use PayPal and bank crypto wallets they are coming out with ..... Even with kratom that is becoming an issue for some ppl, legitimate sales that are 100% legal and processors have their "own discretion abilities" that we all sign and click our lives and right away with when we accept terms for the 1000 page letters for every app and service that no one reads.....


But if things ARE legitimate or cannot be proven to be used as something not just sketchy, but of illegal intent. Then threaten PayPal to sue them and if you can get a lawyer or at least be VERY persuasive that you didn't do wrong or know it anything was wrong and then be nice and also have vague, but "kind threats" of what you will or can do (legally, not harmful physically obviously heh)....

I'm just spitballing for getting PayPal to give you your money back or access to withdraw it. If I were you that's what I would do and promise to leave the platform and you just need the money for life altering services and you will leave their services and move to a different banking or if the sort platform and they won't have to "worry," about you... They don't need the money and they aren't wanting to steal it or absorb it... So as long as they don't think you are some kingpin of negative deeds (which it doesn't seem that way, fight for your rights lol).. Good luck

I know this is old and likely irrelevant by now, but I filed a complaint with BBB and emailed PayPal execs and got NOTHING in return lol. Tho I suppose this could be considered ‘half legal’ shit, still got hundreds not be able to get back apparently for 6 months… assuming that’s ACTUALLY what they mean

I feel you and that blows. Personally. Other vendors I’ve dealt with in this situation ‘blacklist’ you and fuck you for literally trying to communicate. So idk what he’s got going on bro but I hope it gets sorted and you get your mags shipped soon. But I def don’t like not getting comms

Sorry to hear that. I hope you get it figured out. That stuff can be a pain, but I wouldn't involve this website or anything too particular. I had a bank account drop me and give me my money and close my account because I was buying Bitcoin along while ago. It was legitimate purposes of trying to make money like the stock market with Bitcoin and Litecoin and a couple others. But this was before cryptocurrency was known much about and everyone thought it was all equated to illegal activities when it was for investing. But goes to show corporations just do whatever when they want and have the legal means. Usually without major crimes proven if it's just your personal money they should have to give it back after a specific period of holding it for "whatever reasons" grace period. Be careful and don't involve organizations or ppl or implicate yourself.

I had a bank account drop me and give me my money and close my account because I was buying Bitcoin along while ago. Don’t worry bro I told them i used it for personal presents as an interesting way to pay for gifts for Christmas lol. Also I was trying to invest (which was partly true so I literally accidentally bought 135 on accident )
Def would NEVER involve this site nor any other shit like this… good way to not get money back. Apparently it happens all the time for normal shit so that’s what gave me confidence to send out emails and complaint. But def not implicating anyone else/myself, my backstory can be proved with other ‘legitimate’ btc transactions

He did end up replying last night, I guess a few packages were misplaced or something? From his post on here earlier today it sounds like it has been dropped off. Idk but as long as the package starts moving by midnight I’m satisfied. I’d love to hear if people have been having recent orders come in without any issues or delay. I know people are more likely to come hear and post about issues as opposed to just saying everything was normal but I’d think right now it would ease a lot of concerns to hear that some orders have been seamless, that would also make me more confident re-ordering from him after this ordeal. Granted, I placed my order on the 1st so assuming it actually starts moving today I would expect it to be delivered on Monday the 12th, so for an order placed on a holiday weekend that total time isn’t terrible, and if the communication was a little better I would have no problems. Idk if there is a whole team working or if it is a one man show, but if it is the latter, it’s understandable that there would be a delay in communication if they were bogged down with orders which ate up all their time. But if that was the case I feel like promising that all emails would be responded to daily when that is a promise they cannot live up to is just priming people to be worried when they send multiple emails without a reply. I’d rather the updates say that they are super busy and will get to everyone’s emails but there may be a delay as they also need to focus on getting orders out as well. Idk that’s just my perspective and it’s possible there are others out there who were getting replies within a day and their orders sent out within 48hrs of the payment. But if this was a problem that the majority of recent customers faced I feel like being a little more transparent about the realistic delays would make me feel more confident in them as a vendor as at least I could trust that they will live up to what is posted on their announcements section of their website
