I am very very worried that either legitimately the SR17 isn't coming in. Or there will be some excuse, or at the least a huge delay. I am really really relying on that (as someone above me said) to get me out of a bad situation. And I was worried when I ordered over a month ago thinking it would be here in a few days. Now that everything is "getting figured out". I am still not getting responses from Rift. He stated "DAILY and regular communication from here on out".... I have emailed and DMed. He responded and made a shipping label where product isn't even at PO let alone on its way for a small and mostly unimportant party of my order. And I asked for NO EXTRAS, just that he was out of a specific product and instead of a refund, I didn't mind, and I would think he preferred, and he agreed, that we would just cancel 3g of not available item and double up the 3g of SR17... Hearing all the "it's so hard to find and not being made and only has one source now" has got me freaked out, especially with no back and forth or confirmation one way or the other. If it's not coming to Rift this week and my ordered and amount that we agreed upon isn't sent out before the week is done and I have a TN and I know it's on its way. I am just going to unfortunately have to ask for a refund a purchase that elsewhere. There are other vendors supplied with it. But since communication is so scare with Rift, I don't want to end up paying 2-4x more because I end up getting both. Idk why he says all is sent out or all emails are answered or will be answered and communication will be normal 100% from here on out. When none of that is true . Please Rift, answer my emails, my DM. Posting here ONLY because I feel like maybe you will be more prone to see it or to reply to a message from me. I just need to know if your getting SR17 FOR SURE this week and will have my order out. Otherwise I'll just ask for a refund. So please just reply to me. And my other order is just shipping labeled, not moving or even dropped off which is whatever.

None of this stuff used to matter than all of the sudden it's like everything is in question to whether it's coming or not or if the person sending is legitimate or reliable to Rift to then us.... I NEVER cared if my shipping label was just "created", and the package wasn't sent out for another week, because I knew I was gonna get it and it was correct. Now I am just wanting either the shipment of SR17 to be out and coming to me. Or the money or knowledge so I know to order elsewhere. That's serious for me as I am needing to test with it asap and as I said it's been a looongg time.

Only reason label hasnt updated yet is because monday was a postal holiday so the package was dropped off today and simply hasnt been scanned in yet by the post office. If you feel that way you have always been free to ask for a refund for the missing product instead of waiting on a reship.

For anyone that has ordered SR I am aware at how much you need the product. This is why ive shelled out 2-3x now over what was paid to me trying to get this product in your hand and scammed by various suppliers (including suppliers id never thought id take a loss from like BJC/LSRC) and others. Otherwise I would have just refunded everyone and not bothered trying to replace it. But rest assured legitimate SR-17018 is heading to those who did not choose to take a refund and should arrive by the end of this week or so.

All other orders continue to go out every 24-48 hours. No order minimum currently, but will likely change when we add our new products in a few days.

Working on sending the off-site link to everyone that has emailed for it. If you haven't received a response yet it's just because the menu was not finished yet.

Just want to update that my order did land and there were probably ~80-90 dollars worth of extra product which is a little under half of the total value of my order. I feel that was a sufficient bonus amount to compensate for the delay. I do want to add that it looks like some of the items in the sample pack are no longer available individually. A lot of the different items have colors that are pretty similar so without all the bag colors available to compare on the site I am doing a bit of guessing which is slightly sketch and I would prefer to know for sure what each of them is. But other than that, I am happy for an order that was received within 12 days of sending payment.

I think he had an issue identifying flubrotizolam, because that is longer available and you took it down so you cannot buy individually. I hope you keep stocking the zo's because thats all Im interested in. Expecting package today in a couple hours. 💪 love this vender, this guy has always been solid for me.

Also. Learned quite a bit about opsec, so expect further emails from me to be from Proton Mail.
 
Ordered shortly after Xmas- nothing, and no emails yet. Keeping hope and not bugging- know things get busy- but would be a bit nervous to admire orders
 
Site down? Nothing showing. Been eying you for over a month Rift, wanting to place my first order but hesitant from tons of mixed reviews. Some say tabs received are completely bunk. Would love a solid tab vendor would purchase massive quantities if it’s gtg
When I was getting back into this game after a 3 year hiatus, I tried Rift since he was running a great promotion. He might've only opened up on DBG a week before. But, I placed an order, everything went great.

I placed one more, and nothing went wrong per say. It just took too long, and there were too many emails that weren't necessary. I've been ordering this niche of compounds since 2013.

I guess RC is just a little too unpredictable for me to deal with. If I sent someone $400, and was getting the run around over and over, I would be frustrated too. And I bet he has A LOT of people hitting him up. Like a therapist with a huge caseload. It's hard to stay on the top for long, and a lot of the times the delays are caused by their oversea shippers. Plus, my company strictly order powders at this point.

TLDR: Ordered twice. Both fine, one came with extra. The first pack was here within a week. The second took three and according to his website, was in stock. I hate emailing vendors back and forth because I know they deal with crappy custies a lot. Less work on their email, faster the packs go out.

Good to hear man. That's gotta be stressful when you wake up to 100s of emails, DMs, orders, and your suppliers are dragging you around. I know how this shit works, so I believe you. Not that you need me to hahaha.
 
In case anyone is ever curious why it takes a bit to hear back via email and you may need to nudge me more than once. We often get emails every 3-5 minutes lol.

Rift, that’s not at all 100% true. Not from my experience with you.

I’ve tried contacting you a few times earlier December, back then your site said communication was much better and everything on track.
I occasionally checked the site and would often see where you’d mentioned emails are being gone through and almost done- all orders on the way etc.

I’ve not 1 time since December, back when a promo was still active got a response to just a few simple questions I wanted to know before ordering and asked for the offsite menu, since I wanted to get everything ordered at once.
You replied to me on here, Told me to email u again, I did. Nada.

I’ll be donating to these forums by next week, so hopefully I’ll be able to get a response on here directly.

It’s very annoying and to some small degree feels almost intentional, I’m going off aggravation off that comment, so I’m sure that’s not it, just the way it looks and feels to us who get 0 reply!

If you havent emailed me since december thats why. I said they are now back to normal after the holidays. If you havent sent me in email in january then just resend your email and youll get a response in 24 hours. If you sent an email just asking for the off-site menu then it wasnt responded to because the menu wasnt finished yet and I was prioritizing getting responses to current customer orders than people who were just emailing me for off-site menu.

Like I posted above, we get new emails every 3-5 minutes, all day every day. We run a tight ship and have to prioritize certain emails over others or we will get nothing done. New customer inquiries who do not have an open order are unfortunately at the bottom of our priority for responses. Those emails get responded to when/if we have free time. If you dont receive a reply, all you can do is send another email. If thats not satisfactory to you, I sincerely apologize, but that's how we operate. Or, donate to DBG and skip the email queue with a DM to us.

We are shipping daily, producing tablets, and responding to hundreds of emails with a tiny tiny team.

I received my order from Rift.
Rift stayed in consistent communication with me and deserves to be recognized for it.
As for the products. Rift has a reputation and the quality reflected exactly what was expected. Zero complaints.

Rift might not answer today. Rift might not answer you tomorrow but he probably will by then. But rift will answer. And once he does your in communication.

I had a 600$ order when Rift had his problems.
promises were kept. Communication professional and friendly.

Thought we all were gonna have to find a new man but nope. Will be returning customer once again.

Highly recommend the yellow mags!

I just was not positive on three of them, there were 3 pellet colors in varying shades of blue, I think the darkest may actually be a purple which has a corresponding bag and I believe that the lightest blue matches the rilmazaphone. But there is another “navy” shade which I was not 100% on because the navy bag in the site does not seem to be a part of the sample pack (the chem listed when I ordered looks like it may have been removed from the menu all together.) was it replaced with the ethyl-bro? Any help Confirming what these are would be great because I will prob hold off on taking them until know which is which. Thanks!
 
Hey. I'm about to place an order for clove bro maz0lam. Is it something that takes an entire day to research? That's exactly what i need. It needs to be a long & potent research project for my specific purposes. Also, did everything get back to normal yet with Rift? Any input would be helpful.
 
Hey guys. I apologize I was supposed to be back home on friday but had to extend a few days and just got back to the office.

Sending out all packs today and including an extra $100-200 worth of product depending on how late your order was/size of order. I will also get to everyone here who has a missing order or item and refund or reship with extra depending on what they want.

Communication will be back to daily again and so will shipping. My sincerest apologies for anyone who was left in the dark this last week.

Several set backs and issues that I had to deal with in the last few weeks that I cannot be public about but rest assured everything is fine on our end and will resume as normal today.

DM's/emails will be responded to after I add tracking to orders in the next hour.

Feel free to shoot me a new email if yours is a couple days old if you want it answered sooner.

If you have an order incorrectly marked as cancelled please dm or email riftchems@protonmail.com if it says processed/on hold your order is fine and will ship in this batch going out now.

Can confirm that @RiftChems came through for me and threw in additional extras mags due to the wait as promised. I’m happy everything worked out in the end and am very satisfied with the subscriptions so far.
