I consider mine a write off 2 ...been 14 days and Nothing. ..Palmira might b a sinking ship. Good luck 2 all. .........

 
Well they sent spam email today but didnt respond to one of my four emails regarding a tracking number or where my package is. Hope this isnt the end.

 
I still get the Spam ....but going on over a 2 week delivery and no response email ...im thinking the worst ...They sank but hope not .I want my order 2.....

The good news is you pretty much know exactly whats going on with your package, I dont even have a tracking. Im hoping it will show tomorrow.

 
I wish U luck Digi ......Mines MIA somewhere ....waiting to see if i get a LL or whats gonna happen ....Im thinking the worst and customs cut off all US orders from this company...They are known about Ive read so much online about them ....All cause Teenagers would find a way to order and mom would find out .I read a huge article on that one and said the courier FE was breaking the Law by delivering to minors.....Damn Little Shits if thats the Fall Down of P.those little Fukers ...LOL.......I still Mail and get Nothing asking for a reship with my order number and tracking....And it was weird to get a tacking number within 24 hrs i usually get them AFTER the delivery........Been 16 days atleast and Nothing so just moving on till i hear good News ....I'll B Looking for your post tomorrow GOOD LUCK .....ur friend Zonked

Just looked at your location and im a good 18 hrs . Away......COULD make a difference. .Stupid Me.....Well im still waiting n waiting. ..Hope everyone gets Today ....

 
No package, no response, no tracking number. I am royally pissed off. I only order from Palm because of the quick delivery time, it has been 7 days and my India Iops take only 9 days so wtf is going on.

Im going to message S and see if theres anything I should do before I call the c/c company, this is pathetic. I have sent numerous emails.

Neil if your read this did you receive today?

Club, I am so happy you received, your story was crazy. Its good to know they came through with you.  I hope you receive the other half.

Zonked I am pretty sure you are S.O.L as far as Palm goes, I truly believe its out of there hands at this point. Best you can do is just hope it comes one of these days.

I wouldnt be 80% as pissed as I am if they just sent me a legit tracking number when they received the order rather than none. At least this way I would have the reassurance that it was at least on its way and I wouldnt be upset with how long its taking because I would know its out of there hands. However I have no idea what is going on and have very mixed feelings because I do not know whats going on in the slightest without a tracking number.

 
Yes, but that's his business & I'm not sure if he would want me sharing that with others. So I'm not going to. Sorry.

Hi Digial,

I would never speak for DGSB, but if you read his most recent posts, I don't know that he'd be able to shed much more light on your situation (let alone his situation) with Palm then he already has.

In my experience, 7 days isn't really long enough for you to call the cc company just yet. I would give it two weeks to make the charge back go that much more smoothly. When I tried doing one in a short window such as that, the bank kicked it back to me, asking me to give the vendor more time to resolve the issue. Being able to say "The merchant hasn't responded to me for two weeks after numerous attempts to contact them.", carries a bit more gravitas.

In the meantime, look for another vendor, because to me it's pretty clear that customs has Palmira on a blacklist of their own.

 
Wow! I'm surprised to say that I received my order this am ! I am doing the happy dance, but I'm sorry no one else has heard anything.

 
I still have not received a TN and have not checked to see if they charged my cc since Fri. I was totally convinced they failed me, but after using them for several years I am one of the few with no complaints yet.

 
This is so bogus. Neil im going to PM you if you dont mind so I can dig a little deeper to find out what the hell is going on.

dvz, I like to talk with DGSB because he actually knows the owner and has talked with them in the past. Plus he has been in the same boat as me with them before and always tends to have great advice when dealing with Palm.

Here is what I am thinking...

1.I ordered to late on tuesday and it will be here tomorrow. 

2. Palm is pissed off at me from threatening charge backs and emailing the hell out of them when they sent me the wrong meds and never responded last time.

3. Customs issue

4. Shipping issue which I cant track due to no tracking number.

Such bullshit with no response from them and no sense of direction due to no tracking number.

Digi plz let us no if u find out anything of good info...Im curious on Wtf too. ...I pretty much think what you think I'm SOL ......I think Fake tracking number ..I have never recieved a tracking number from them till I already recieved. And outta the blue I got one the same day as my order. ...Deffinetly a different experience with them ...I email bombed em too So deffinetly in your situation. ..Such BS

I dont think they sent you a fake tracking. You and S both received working trackings which show it making it to USA soil. I remember when I first ordered S said he never received a tracking from them and to not waste my time. I emailed them and they sent one right away. They have sent me a email with a working tracking everytime so I doubt that they went to the effort to send you guys a working tracking for no reason. I think its a customs issue for you and S. Also you email bombed them after they sent you the package. My email bombing was weeks before my recent order and went on for weeks. 

I will without a doubt keep you and everyone else posted regardless if it comes or not. It was a really dumb move on my part but that f'ing overnight shipping was the only thing on my mind. Hopefully it shows tomorrow, i'm waiting on Neils to pm me about what time on Tuesday they ordered roughly so I can compare it to when I ordered.

Will update when I learn some more.
