Give him some time and maybe try another communication method, I had the same EXACT same issue with one of my magazines, and it never showed up because it was out of stock and he forgot to let me know. Waited for over a month, but everything else in the order arrived per usual, and it was a larger subscription with multiple types of mags, and comms were challenging to get it resolved—BUT, not only did Art eventually sincerely apologize and take accountability (I can provide receipts upon request), he still promised to ship when next batch came in, and he did—and he gave me $tore credit and swapped the value of the missing mag for a different kind as well so it was basically free and the other magazine was heavy with extra pages. He is a stand up guy IMO and went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. I respect that, even if the process was a little difficult here or there. That’s just part of this game we play I guess. Give him some time I’m sure he will make it right. I have had a 100% success rate with art and this has been going on since before Thanksgiving of last year.
Blew my mind how apologetic, transparent, and willing to work with me he was. He made for an easy solution and still made it more than right. Absolutely worth the wait in my opinion. He is one guy making a lot of this world go round and I can’t imagine the volume of messages and emails. He must get and have to juggle and remember so I can make room for all that because the magazines were fire and he treated me like a customer that he cared about and that felt really good. I bet you will find a similar solution eventually, but he has been slow to respond at times and communication has been a little challenging before. However, I placed another order with him just a few days ago and it’s already on the way, and his comms were instant, lightning-fast back-and-forth communication. Back on his game.
