Hey guys I just wanted to let you know that cakewallet is a great service for crypto, makes swapping crypto easy as pie (or rather cake) I just transferred btc to xmr and it was so freaking smooth, have a great weekend y'all.

i think buying litecoin and transfering to xmr is cheaper than doing it with bitcoin

litecoin is kinda meh imo I go for cryptos that are actually being used as currency because that was the whole point when btc was made, you do you boo

yes but if the whole point is to gain some xmr as far as i know converting litecoin to xmr is cheaper than converting bitcoin to xmr so you save yourself on conversion fees

I’ve been struggling with getting my BTC sent to another wallet, transferred to another crypto…. I thought I had this shit down like a pro. But I moved to NY , and was using Cash App —> electrum —> maybe another electrum or XMR… but then I did some girl a favor, accepted some cash deposits from strangers , then returned the amount in BTC. I didn’t even agree to do this, but I was trying to bang this chick, and I started to explain how to use BTC , next thing I know they sent me the $$. So i sent these guys some BTC s. Next thing I know, CA closes my account!! I’ve got 100 or so in BTC on Gemini , Coinbase, and a couple others. But I can’t move them anywhere??? Help me please!!

Make sure everything is synced both wallets. Be prepared to type in amounts you want to transfer buy using their 0.00444blah blah or .883 blah instead of just us bucks. One a wallet is synced don’t mess with it. And the one you want to transfer use first swap. Turning of tor or any sort of locked stuff opens it up a bit better. But once both wallets check out usually one of the many services available will allow the switch. Leave a little for small fees just in case. Sometimes it’s just a busy time of day and takes longer to get a company to make the switch. Like you’ll see slll the boxes and if they are all checked green it means cake will use the first one available unless you have certain transfer-ers. Just the more basic everything is set up and a little extra change goes missing. I’ve done it in an an instant and had to wait hours for one of the transfer companies to pick up. Just make sure eeberythimg is sumcefmsmd accounted for. Turn off silent payments and such and it should work smoother also depends on time of day and how many folks astr doing exactly what your trying to do. Luckily cake will pick first abbalabke to make transfer. If everything is green symced and your btc or says or amount of xmr match up it’s usually a breeze. But I have had to wait and play around to realize I had to wait a while. It’s not hard especially when you
Click All and it transfers right then. Then you just wait for the address you used to roll up to the top. Just my humble dumb way of trying to help. That was directed at myself not you friend. Good luck. Also I use Duck AI or whatever browser you use will help with tips if you explain to it what you are trying to do coin wise and where you’re stuck on the transfer. Hope it helps, and forgive my grammar.

Also not an expert but the more you do it the easier unless something is off or backed up during a busy time.

Go to settings. Connections to control your swap in detail.

So I also uploaded my phone overnight and i guess upgraded my cake app after reading you guys stuff I took a look. Maybe try to update the download and restart from what your using whether it be pc or phone. It’s more updated version I just noticed looks much easier to transfer whatever wallet to the wallet of choice or coin of choice. Good luck.
