As far as OPSEC is there a forum i can look at to read about it, I was told to always pout your real actual name when placing and order but with these types of magazines in want to order I don't feel comfortable having my actual name on it. I used to use a fake names and real addresses (obviously) but why is it good OPSEC to put your real name for shipping purposes and not an alias or something??

2 main reasons that I can think of off the top of my head:

1) Much like @Bigfish529 mentioned - using a fake name is FAR more likely to flag the páck coming to your àďďress than just using your real name, or the name of a person that lives there and is associated to the location.

2) Using your real name does not automatically implicate you in any crime. You have no idea what is coming in each páçk that is delivered to your addý. There’s nothing stopping someone from packing up their dog’s s#!t, and shipping it to you. Same logic applies to mags. So, even if you get a visit from the local LÈ or Féďs, they have to get you to admit that you know what’s in the páck, and then actively accept the pâck for them to execute some sort of search/arrest.

Without an admission and/or acceptance of a flagged páck, then they do not have the probable cause needed to search your abode/bring about any charges.

Pls note I’m not a lawyer, this info is just what I remember reading during my time digging into the DO’s and DONT’s of OPSEC.

Hey guys I have to agree nervous to throw my info on a subscription? However everybody on here is refreshingly intelligent and proficient which gives me a bit of comfort. so before I joined this reading group I had a publication take my money sent a TN that made no sense and the following morning I received email telling me my mags were safely here (in my city) however I would have to pay a "referral fee" to have it delivered? worth mentioning I over slept that morning didnt get up till noon and within 10 of me replying to the Publication about the email and......etc an email came in thru logi43tics company telling me what was a good time to speak about shipment? None of it made any sense so i opted to leave it alone and consider it a loss. I personally felt the publishers were just running a second scam to acquire more scratch from me? But it has freaked me out, Has anyone had anything like that happen? publisher used a logis34tics company out of CHIC, IL PS donating now love the group!!!!

Scam practice. Sounds like you ran into a dodgy vendor. On this site?

nooo definitely not, this was prior to moving to this group after weeks of frustration to online publishing, as I am brand new to online outlets..etc been working trade shows face to face for 25 yrs however curiosity killed the cat and finally I decided to see for myself. I was literally OVER it after a week lol and figured I would stick to what had worked however I was then referred here from a dear friend who has become a fucking librarian at this point and he turned me on to DBG and honestly accredited it for his success in publishing. Thank you Hrmn the sentiment supports my initial feeling.

lol yea that was literally my first week messing with any of this, I have been a publisher and author for 30+ yrs but always the traditional means, hell up until a year ago I used a typwriter still lol but anyway my main focus and concern was opspec and ensuring complete safety as I am ghost writer and author annoymsly..etc but yea that jack ass got over on me luckily I never got taken for more than a few bucks here and ther and then ironically a very close friend had been involved in publishing earlier in his career and got me up to speed on current times proud to say havent lost a cent or a contract since. all my business realtionships for my books have always panned out since. Its common sense on here and folks that are chumps are crystal clear, I actuyally think its funny how fast we, me included I would like to thnink call em out as they attempt to run game lol you typically start seeing questions and wtf type comments within 48 hours of some vendors comeing on here trying to run game. Thank you for sharing that thou it always makes me feel a bit better when I hear I am not the only one,

thing about the mail is anyone can send anything to anyone else at any time, your name being on it doesn’t mean you ordered it. if that were the case there’d be much less junk mail

the more your mags look like any other mail you’d be getting the better your odds, including keeping your name on it. the best OPSEC ime is just the classic Tor, Tails, and PGP. been getting my subscriptions online for a long time, only received a love letter once. unless you’re getting reading material for your whole city odds are that you just end up taking a loss tbh. the more unassuming the label/box/etc looks the less likely it is to get looked at closely

  3. nameofuser11 @ nameofuser11: Set a reasonable limit. Hell fucking make it like buying cold medicine where they swipe your id and you can't get a bunch. But we know this isn't about logic or public safety. It's about money and control.
  4. nameofuser11 @ nameofuser11: AKA are such a bunch of fucking capitalist traitors. The liquor lobby has a lot of money in this as well.
  5. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: The major plain leaf companies and the AKA are the ones lobbying against 7 and the other semi-sythetic derivatives, mgm this that and the other. We all know the chemist are just gonna mess with the scaffolding of the compounds and come out with new and even better semi-sythetic alkoloids of kratom. They are already playing with cats-claw
  6. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: @moai just asked chatgpeetea and it looks like plain leaf kratom is safe, they arent banning it. Just 7-Hydroxymitragynine, MGM15 ,16 , and pseudoindoxyl
  7. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: Wait... @moai they are federally banning plain leaf kratom too???
  8. moai @ moai: @MorphineOrfan how fucking stupid is this shit. We better see some new shit come out, I’m most upset about banning regular kratom because really? Millions of people have got off hard opioids with it. They must want everyone on methadone instead.

  12. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: They aren't specifically targeting SR and 7oh
  13. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: @RiftChems well sr-17018 is an orphine analogue after all, and they are banning all orphines so that makes sense. Orphines are spiking the OD death rates majorly these past few months.
  14. AlHoffman69 @ AlHoffman69: CANDYMAN ramnemnber thta is will be conme relevenaent soon :alien:    🤑
  15. RiftChems @ RiftChems: crazy they are banning SR17018 at the same time. they know what theyre doing.
  16. nameofuser11 @ nameofuser11: The ban of 7oh is gonna have a lot of people needing help soon. Assuming they do ban instead of regulate like they should
