How long total did it take?
 
Placed an order early this morning. XMR took so long to confirm that when it finally did hours later, the value dropped a few dollars. This is the exact thing @FTDNaz is trying to avoid by encouraging it’s use.

This scenario is not covered in the vendors instructions, but we can definitely imply that underpayment is not going to turn out well for me.

Vendor hasn’t responded to messages over preferred platform in 10 days… No seen activity over preferred messaging platform. I’ll just leave it at that.

Same here. Tried him on all platforms using instructions exactly as requested.

Seems like they may either be overloaded and unresponsive or something else is going on that is leading to lack of comms compared to what they were 2 weeks ago. And all this right after the supposed “șñòw or Ķ giveaway” that was supposed to be announced last weekend?

Unsure about what’s going on but I do hope everything is good with them.

No response on the specific way he requested we communicate in days. I just asked questions and didnt place an order though. But he said that would be cool if I just used the method he requested
 
Taking a chance with this new vendor. Donated over the weekend, but vendor has yet to acknowledge. Here’s my criticism at this stage: if contacting via email in the requested manner, the vendor only has a certain amount of time to read said message before it disappears. What if the vendor does not open messages within the set time frame?

I realized this after it was approaching the default timeframe without a message of receipt, so I followed up with another message set to the max availability that had to include my full details in case the previous message disappeared. This is a frustrating situation that I didn’t expect because every other review seems to feature prompt comms.

I also see that vendor promised a raffle recently. I’m leery of this since vendor also mentioned being a bit behind with orders prior to this. Anyone have any input on how comms should be approached with this vendor?
Update: Pack TD today. After posting this message, I received confirmation from @FTDNaz, and was told pack should go out soon. Showed up on ID a day-ish later. OPSEC is impressive, so much so that it almost hard for me to get in 😅

For those that are still waiting or have recent no comms, I think it would be correct in assuming that vendor is somewhat overwhelmed at this time. It seems that this could be growing pains…I’m not sure if vendor was prepared for this kind of response. I think that just shows how much members value a vendor who demonstrates prompt comms and delivery. FTD has been that and I think wants to be that, I’m sure it’s hard to keep that level of engagement once you get bigger.

Form my best guess he’s got a life outside this, got overwhelmed by ammt of subscribers and is trying to handle it as best he can I spoke to him within the last 48 hours and got a answer so I’m unsure how so many ppl are having issues just be patient friends ! I had a successful TD and he went MIA for a day or so but got back to me eventually and reassured me everthing was good and my mags TD’d few days later and the quality was out of this world!

Good to know, and I definitely agree with likely just trying to keep up with the many comms they’re getting from who knows how many subscribers. Thanks for the update in your end of things!

Also, just wanted to make it clear that I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with @FTDNaz so far, and they seem like a genuinely good person who are trying their very best to accommodate a growing client base.

It’s not even been a week yet, so I’ll patiently await updates on ID, and reach out again privately to them if no change is noted after the wknd.

My experience getting to know him as a business-man have been quite positive thus far, however, he is currently holding 335 in exMR for me, and getting no response from him makes me very anxious about the possibility of having lost those funds under worst interpretations of his silence. Even if he is overwhelmed, I would appreciate if he could poke his head out even for just a moment to send the payment back to me.

Weird. It's been 11 days and no response from him to my last message. Very frustrated because I'm floating 335 to him and would appreciate it back so I can actually use my money.
