Every order that came in this week has been shipped out already. Some might experience delays but I always keep track to make sure clients get what they ordered. Sometimes patience is key to this and if any client does not receive package, I reship once. If not received the second time, I refund 80-90% of order depending on order quantity.

I would advise this vendor to have the stock on hand so that they can complete orders. If the sample order couldn’t be completed why would I spend another few thousand on an order?
