Really? Blue usually responds within the same day. Longest 1 day. I noticed someone else posted they didn't get response. Hope they're okay!

Yes - great vendor, kind person. I also haven’t heard back from him which is unusual because he’s usually super quick to respond. Hope everything’s okay.

There seems to be some sort of pattern here; every time stuff gets rocky with shipments, missed deliveries, or a pile of refund requests, it always cycles back around. Honestly, watching this routine play out since 2021 has been wild. Just something to keep in mind when making plans.
