@ SmokeyJ the crispys do add to the dish Texture n taste with Beef .But on my Seafood as you can see are orange and they are Sweet Potato crispys. .Don't know if u ever had but amazing to add to a dish..A NY thang. ...Every State has it's own style food and I have been to LA N Back to NY . WORKING with TOP chef's. .Ever in NY I recommend come visit.. Le Bernardin: French, Seafood155 West 51st Street, New York...
