Many international vendors.. And a lot of the ones in the EU, and ESPECIALLY NL..will no longer provide service to customers outside of EU, and if they do - they won't provide to the U.S.Why limit yourself to selling only to The Netherlands? Seems an unnecessary restriction on yourself, and buyers.

But these days.. Not so much. It's exceedingly rare to find ones that will any more. Especially ones in NL.
It sucks. But that's the way it is. I always advise to stick with domestic these days anyway.
Domestic would be great if I was in the US, so many good deals and variety and no borders but also expensive for some stuff. Unfortunately ... my location is considered a fortress, even though I have never lost a drop in 25yrs, via my preferred volumes and mode of shipping.Many international vendors.. On the brighter side, I have no shortage of EU vendors happy to send what I want, via my preferred volumes and mode of shipping. Just gotta be selective.
Apart from that I don't understand a EU vendor not shipping outside their own country, even to other EU countries, makes no business sense except to reduce possible legal exposure - which most EU vendors don't seem too concerned with inside the EU, but also subsequent sales.
Sometimes all it takes for a change of mind is for them to be asked, and a way may be found. Pity to miss out on some low prices, and these guys 1+1 deal is exceptional. But each to their own.
There's an export opportunity there for an enterprising young fellow.
