I know I’m obviously not the only one but I’ve been having major issues as well. It’s now been a month since I first ordered. I placed my order, nothing for 10 days, reached out. He apologized, offered to send extra. I then placed an order for something else. 3 days later, nothing on informed delivery, reached back out again, he said my intial order was now OOS. Offered refund or replacement. I took a replacement but there was still a $20 difference and asked for either that to be sent to me or small extra of product.
No response for a few more days again. Then said he’d send out the original product that was OOS and then also the replacement product but he forgot to mention my other completely separate order. 8 days later I get product, guess what? Missing half of it. My original product was in it only (to his credit, did send me extra) but now I’m left with not having the replacement product bc I didn’t need the original product anymore as I told him. And completely missing the separate product I ordered.
I was never rude in my emails, never pushy, I was always respectful. I did my best to not overload him on emails, and give him time. But it’s been a month now, like cmon. So now I’m stuck with a product I don’t need anymore, not the replacement for it that I do want, and missing a completely separate order and I’m down $20.
I’m a fair person, I’m not trying to get more than asked for. I even said that I’m willing to compromise, I won’t demand he send the full replacement order, even though he sent me the original one when I said I didn’t need it anymore. That would mean him sending something completely for free. But I’m still missing a whole separate other order. So I offered if he can send half of the replacement and half of the other sep order as a compromise.
The day I received only half my order (8 days ago) I emailed him. Waited 3 full days to reach out again. It’s now been 5 days since the last email.
