Had 3 shipments seized all ordered within a few days of each other.. Have some questions.

@TheNinez Yes…. I think there is one in this shipping and tracking forum with a link.

Yep…look in the shipping forum under the packages and safety thread. I think it’s the second page in shipping and tracking and I wrote the initial entry but included the link to what someone else wrote. I believe it’s directly copied from internet. The other one I had to do digging but haven’t found it… I think it was In a legal forum for my state. But the other link I mentioned first is good enough. I think the user Mr. Crowley crafted the post.
I appreciate all your help, thank you.

My friend recently ordered international. The package is taking longer than expected but no love letter has arrived. Hypothetically, would 1 seized package warrant burning the address forever?

First thing you would notice is that its stuck in a weird location for a long time with no movement for a few days. Ive heard international is safer than domestic but personally I think its the other way around. Importing narcotics can be very serious and the federal government has much more resources to look into someone than your local city USPS. Either way Ive been playing things safe and laying low. Ive heard 6-12 months before the address is removed from the check list but ive also heard 5 years so IDK

@TheNinez the pexact thing happened to my friend….exact same thing. Exact same number old mags. Can’t use that stork anymore for that addy. Too risky. Not sure if they flag names but wouldn’t try the addy with that specific stork again. Good on u knowing how to handle it. We have write ups on this forum to explain the same thing - how to handle this situation. It’s domestic when they come to u. For the person who asked. Love letters are for across the pond.

P.S. they want u to open ur presents bc they can’t utilize search authority for ur place. If u open they do have it. If they had warrant they don’t need to ask. My friend told them to go get one and then come back. Since they had no proof they couldn’t.

Nah they cant just flag/burn names in general, that would mean every "Michael Smith" or "Dan Jones" in the US would have their mail flagged. Imagine how many packages and letters they would have to be going through for people with common names with flagged addresses

I suppose they could flag a name tied to a zip code or something, but if you make an order that gets seized, you should be fine to reorder to another address with the same name as long as its preferaby in a different zip code and hopefully goes through a different final post office for delivery. Also its not the best idea, but not awful to use your middle name as the first name on the new mail too now at that different address. Or the two letter abbreviation.. Its not that uncommon to do. Also if you have a name that can often be hard to spell, you could purposefully spell it incorrectly. MAkes it seem more likely that you didnt order it as you most likely wouldnt have spelled your own name incorrectly. These obiously are not fool proof defenses that will work for sure by any means, and in some cases, they are not a good thing to do depending on your situation, i dont know for sure though... just some ideas

lastly, plenty of people who have online ebay or etsy shops use their business name as an address like for returns so people dont know their actual names, that is if they havent set up a PO or private center mailbox for their small business yet and still ship from their home address. Again, its a circumstancial thing, and there's no best answer for every situation as i am sure most people know

whoever told you international is safer than domestic needs to have their computer taken away. that is literally one of the only single universally agreed upon facts of this whole type of thing. domestic is always safer, extremely more so

if you’re in the US, while a lot of rcs are a grey area due to being “not for human consumption”, most of them do fall under the Analogue Act, and can be seized and treated all the same as illegal chems. if they seize it they won’t let it thru on a legal technicality. to them 1p-l$d is the same as good ole L$d. that address is burned tho for sure, at least for the next decade.

if they tried to hit ya with a controlled delivery on stuff you have no idea what it is and didn’t order you should be fine if you refused the package. anyone can mail anyone anything at any time, so a pack being in your name generally isn’t enough. so long as you never sign for it, admit ownership, or claim the package, they can’t prove YOU ordered it. crazy that someone sent random ass mail to your address

your name, at a different address, would eventually be fine cause more than one person can have the same name. tho if more mail for the same name came in at a different address in the same town, or even state, i wouldn’t expect it to make it thru.

cut your losses and be glad you just lost some packs and nothing else and make sure no one sends random mail you didn’t order to your address again
i mean they 100% can prove they 0rdered it. even if they used krypt0. even if they used m0ner0.. can see they buy a "normal" krypt0 like b-coin or eth and either send to a tvmbler and se e the ledger of when it was, see that its ouput was sent to 3 different addresses to buyeach. They may not be able to tr@ce it exactly depending on how they bought them, but unless they tvmbled their coins a lot, used an @non desktop w@llet that are now empty and deleted for good, and used an @mnes!c OS like T@ils or one like Qub3s/Wh0n!x, then they can pretty much prove that they purposefully ordered it. especially if it was on a cIe@rnet webs!te, which if so, then they need to get an extremely stong magnet and scramble their SSD so its fried and unrecoverable

even if it was through a true e-2-e me55enger, they still have the p@yment trails to follow

@TheNinez most R-Sees these days are in fact schedvled - lots are schedvule 1 too. so its no joke.. regardless of intent to use them for research or not. lots of an@Iogue acts in the last few years. not like the golden days of ~2010-2018 or so. wish you the best of luck and I think you will be alright if it was just per5on@I @m0vnts

Can I also just butt in here once more and highly recommend that no one ever calls anyone to inquire about the whereabouts of your gifts? You’re not gonna be able to say u weren’t expecting something if you’re so worried about it you’re calling them to inquire. It just makes things harder if you’re ever in an unfortunate situation. It sucks to lose out but not as bad as other things I can think of. And even if you’ve done this before and it worked out, that does not mean it will if there are already suspicions.

Carry on!

Not in my friend’s experience. But that was also several years ago. I remember my friend’s publisher did a re-ship and she didn’t ask for one and was so scared but it all went well.. that was when the checks were totally random. No idea how it is now. But getting love letter is better than getting a knock. That’s the difference between near and far.

If someone knocks you don't need to answer it. Nobody is getting in trouble until there is intent proven and Identity is confirmed. Even if you open the door they cant pull you out of the house, just shut the door and go about your day. They will stick around for a while but they cant do anything. Idk, different ways of looking at it

  1. st1ckyf1ng4z @ st1ckyf1ng4z: @MrFuszy broo big dawg chill out on posting shit like that on here you’re gonna catch a ban or even worse. be mindful of mentioning others’ names as well. be smarter
  2. L @ Layne_Cobain: @maoi thanks for the input tho I think I’d def go the route of using hcg if I do go w TrT
  3. L @ Layne_Cobain: @maoi nah no fear of needles and if it made me feel a lot better no fear of being on it long term as who knows if my t will even rebound after 5 years on methadone not sure if that’s the norm I hope so…the more I research the more it seems like the best choice is to just go for it with TrT rather than trying to “middle” with Enclomiphene especially now that i know it probably won’t work being on methadone altho I am tapering off 5 mg biweekly so that’ll take a while I’m at 95 now from 120
  4. moai @ moai: @Layne_Cobain the longer you’re on it without using HCG sometimes, (meaning years) the harder it will be to rebound if you do come off. But I’m with you, at only 22, I’ve abused myself to the point I may NEED trt. Not to mention all of the benefits
  5. moai @ moai: @Layne_Cobain You don’t seem it, but if you are the type that’s afraid of needles for life, don’t sweat it. I’m natty atm, but from what I hear A) you won’t want to come off and B) if you implement HCG every once in a while to your protocol, you have a better chance of being able to come off T completely and restore all (or most) of your natty production. Of course, no guarantees and it is dependent on the individual, genetics, compounds and duration of exposure, etc.
  6. L @ Layne_Cobain: @tiquanunderwood when you began the Enclomiphene, were you already off opiates? Cause after further research I don’t think it’ll even work while still on methadone…I think trt with hcg to preserve fertility and ball size is the way to go for me. I just wanna feel better. Thanks for your input on the matter btw
