I LOVE CAJUN FOOD!  I had a friend who worked the Mississippi River boats and befriended some Cajuns.  He told me you guys REALLY know how to get down and party!

I could live on cajun and mexican food - 3 meals a day.

Everyone thinks I'm weird cuz I like traditional breakfast foot for supper and spicy Mexican or Cajun for breakfast, unless I just go with toast and juice.
