Hey guys wondering what your thoughts are on which BZ is best for keeping you asleep... not knocking you out but I have trouble staying asleep through out the night and have only tried the main 3... so curious about these broom, nitrz, etc?

I am scripted Zolp1dem and it works for me and generally keeps me sleeping for 6 to 8 hours. It helps to take it and read a little to relax and unwind from the day and let the med do its thing. I find if I think about sleeping I can not sleep.

The other BZ that works for sleep for me is Alp as my tollerance is relatively low but I am sure you know Alp is extremely addictive. The few times I made the mistake of adding a glass of wine to the mix I was literally down for the count. I will never mix them again and please note the combo can be lethal.

I have gone through some lets just say addictive periods with Alp so my tolerance is kinda always there if that makes sense... used to have some Zolp and it did work great but I just fell if I were to take that on a regular basis I would never be able to sleep without it... or is it non-addictive?

Ambien isn't a benzo my friend. It acts much in the same hypnotic fashion as benzos, but it is not a benzo. For me the best thing for sleep was Phenazepam or flunitrazepam. The memory issues with the latter are fucking terrible and the former lasts for WAY to long. IMO.

The more common benzo that is good for sleep is Temazepam. It is the only drug in the benzo class that does not disrupt REM sleep. So if you're taking it for sleep, that's the one I would shoot for.

Edit: Ambien/Zolp is not addictive. That's why it's so much more common.

It's not considered to be an addiction risk by the medical community. It does have abuse potential, but if you take it for a long period and stop you aren't going to go into withdrawal like you would with an opiate or benzo. Anyone can get addicted to anything, I suppose. You make a fair point.

Ya know doctors can prescribe drugs off label (to be used for something else than originally intended). I had used a small dose of seroquel in the past to help me sleep as suggested by my doc. It's for schizophrenia but used in super high does. I was using the lowest. It worked good, almost too good. Knocked me out and I slept like a rock but it was a bitch getting up in the morning. You may want to ask you doc about other non-addicting off label meds.

Sex at bed time, always knocks me out and I get refreshing sleep
Well medicated, serviced AND refreshed. No wonder you've got that huge smile on your face! /default_biggrin.png

Just some crap I stumbled across, I make NO CLAIMS TO KNOW ANYTHING!!!

Ambien is infamous for causing people to sleepwalk, raid their refrigerators, or even go for a drive—without remembering any of it the following morning.

But can this sleeping pill be addictive? Experts say no—not if it's used as directed. However, people who take Ambien at higher-than-recommended doses or for long periods of time may be unaware that they are boosting its addictive potential.

Ambien is far less likely than some other prescription medications to provoke misuse and dependence, but it's not entirely benign, either. "We're now seeing more and more case reports—many case reports—of people becoming genuinely addicted," says Stephen Ross, MD, an addiction expert at the New York University School of Medicine.
Interesting post.

Keep in mind that many in the medical professional field still consider Tramadol non-addictive.  We all know that is a crock of shit.

I have a close family member who was addicted to Z0lp.  It was her D.O.C.  She figured out that if she fought off the feelings/urges for sleep, that she really enjoyed the buzz/high/trip she got from z0lp.  Especially mixed with alcohol.  She started taking z0lp in the daytime, sometimes even upon waking up because she liked it so much.  Before she decided to detox, she was taking 20-40 mgs a day and drinking a pint of liquor with it.  Was some absolutely terrifying behavior induced by this, and frankly, she's lucky to still be alive.  I almost cried tears of joy when she dumped her last 8 z0lps down the toilet in front of me.

Back OT, Nitr@z kicks ass for getting to sleep and staying asleep.  Don't take too much, or take it too late though, half life is between that of K pin and V@l, so it may leave you a bit groggy.

Thanks guys I knew Zolp was not a BZ but am really open to anything.. Heard great things about Nitr@z so I might try that..

Funny you mention phen@zpam cause I got like 200 "2mg zan's" that I actually think I fakes with that in them as many have said that it knocks them out and they don't have that next day hangover and experience where time just flys by like on Alp..

check the thread under fake xan@x and I have a picture link and all... when I got them and googled them nothing... now they are all over google so I am not sure?

I too have used nitrazapam it does help with sleep but my favorite and most effective way to sleep is Kpin and norco combo I'm not big into benzos as I was a year ago xanz always did the trick for me but after using them for years for my panic disorder (not triggered but real disorder), I found myself up in the 5-6 mgs a day range when I decided to stop the madness. I would not wish that on anyone. I'm a big anti xan person now. Its fu**in evil! Anyway kpin is less addictive and I don't have the need to go up in doses. Its great for sleep long half life. I just add a norco in and I'm out with no probs. Codiene is good to take with too, in case your not into harder opiates.

I have issues sleep walking with that med. The only thing I an use for sleep is unisom, or benadryl.

. Hi Citylife. What has worked for me is Klonopin. But the best for me by far is Soma. I take 2 350mg pills and I'm out for the night. I hope this helps cause your post was awhile ago. Good luck.

I agree that temazepam is great - it's gentle and keeps you asleep for hours and no hangover for me the next morning. The downside is the price though - it tends to be on the pricey side as far as I can tell at most IOPs.

people can be addicted to a whole lot of "non addictive" things. cough syrup, exercise, gambling, food, etc. I don't think ambient is addictive per se, but if you are looking for that particular feeling then you could certainly use it as a means to get by, creating dependance

  6. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Yeah we're keeping it here. Thanks everyone <3
  7. Ketmaster @ Ketmaster: nah if mods say you can keep it to shoutbox, go for it
  8. L @ Layne_Cobain: Sports FTW 🙌 @tiquanunderwood 😃 , but yeah guess we can make a thread or wutever for our more in depth “coverage”

  11. iamgroot @ iamgroot: Some customers were scammed by someone using a nearly identical email address. So I’m planning to change my email to one that uses my official website domain, so it can’t be easily copied and everyone can stay safe from scammers. Here is our new official email address from now on. support@mediattics.com
  12. fyjclol @ fyjclol: Also wondering what happened to the guy with the btc predictions. And +1 for fooseball
  13. L @ LW815: 90% of the time when I see it, it’s being used for exactly what it’s not supposed to be used for(with the exception of you and Layne talking fooseball)
  14. L @ LW815: I’d say it’s fair enough game to discuss whatever you wanna discuss(within the rules ofc) and if people don’t like it oh well. It’s not like the shoutbox is constantly popping off with other discussion lol
  15. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Well sorry if I bother anyone with my sports talk :) much love to all. Happy holidays.
  16. Gracie5 @ Gracie5: Shout box is for sports, hey, Happy Thanksgiving. It’s not for those other things people like to bring up. Please use or start a thread in the appropriate place.
  17. L @ LW815: Better to push other worse discussions out of sight IMO and see random sport shit, but also kinda makes it hard to have that content removed if need be. I don’t know how to view the entire shoutbox recent history but I know it’s possible lol so it’s both a good and bad thing tbh
  18. Ketmaster @ Ketmaster: exactly
  19. L @ LW815: I agree @Ketmaster but their lengthy sport discussions usually tend to happen at convenient times, like when somebody is talking about or asking things that the shoutbox also isn’t meant for(that are worse than random sport talks)
  20. Ketmaster @ Ketmaster: I appreciate the good vibes but I agree sports stuff should like be in a thread or PM or something, not a sports guy so it is kinda like wtf is happening people are messaging each other in a shoutbox
