Ok blunt time.... BLACK LIST you dumb S***. They've been F'ing up things for MONTHS and MONTHS..... you act like you are bringing news here.... but you're like the pony express. you want to go cry, go cry to mama. BTW... don't hate you, just think your post is useless because anyone who has been dealing with them for years as you say you have knows WTF has been going on.... so IMHO, one way or the other you are full of it. Whatever... you are likely to receive an LL shortly Tweet. S-I might be a newbie and yes I did read all 10 pages back in thread. As a newbie to you all I have used pm before for years so I know how they work. I was a loyal customer. What happen to me recently should not have happen. That's not the way business is done. I have read their policy and promise and I'm sorry to say they fell by the way side, dropped the ball so to speak. If I did business with you and gave you money and you promise to send me my product according to your policy to deliver within a certain time, I expect you as a good company to live up to your promise and policy. If I don't hear from you in that certain time, no emails, no way to contact you after I have tried to contact you day after day pass the delivery time that I was suppose to receive my product Hell yes to me that is sorry customer service in that company. You had no problem taking my money so why the problem delivering. This works two ways, you give and you expect to receive. If you have a problem with that "oh well deal with it" Don't hate me for calling a spade a spade, get the facts about the situation before you reply to my comment.
