10 days to the east coast USA with a major holiday during shipment.

All products received intact and in original packaging.

This is my third or fourth order with these guys and i have been satisfied every time.

I don't want to risk breaking any site rules here, but just FYI I've seen an older (non-accurate) URL being asked about quite a bit here, there is currently a working URL and honestly the name of the IOP is enough to make it easy to find them.  Hope this helps!

Lazy people still not taking the time to read the threads where the exact info that you refer to is right in front of their faces.  Helping people that have done their reading and research is an easy thing to do.... helping the lazy not so much.  It's getting old.  Very decent of you to point out the outdated URL to the lazy folks, massm.  But people really should do their research.  S-

International airmail is taken over by USPS when it comes into USA.  So it is delivered via USPS--and therefore can be delivered to PO boxes or anywhere the regular mail is delivered.  I've used this vendor for many years.  They've been around for a very long time.  HTH

After 8 weeks without an order, they typically delete your account to make room for new customers. If you re-register or email them to reactivate your account, it should be back within a few days, max.

I placed an order last night so can definitely confirm the site is up.

I seem to recall though that in the past I have had a security certificate warning when calling up the page, if you do encounter this it is safe to just add a security exception and visiting the site will be fine. (this could be down to me using the mozilla firefox browser and could be down to my own custom security settings?)

I have the same trouble with split orders.

they are shipped in two parts,one arrived fast(7 days).

waiting on part 2,but it's been 7 days since part 1 arrived

this is frustrating.

but it's a hassle we have to live with.

top10 delivers the goods mostly and they dont fuck around.

it's all good.

To those who have not been able to access site, it's been up all the times I've gone onto it in the past couple weeks.

Reading the past couple days posts, I'd think you'd find the answer to your questions re. not being able to access site and much more......which imho, is the importance of reading, reading & reading. 

I wish I had the time to read every post within every thread/topic.........Invaluable info that's updated constantly. 

Being my 1st TT order, had questions for them which were answered w/in 24 hrs. 

Communication from TT is fast, thourogh, exceptional!

Just got my order status from T10 . Should arrive this week to my new House. This was not as hard as I thought. T10 IS on the money. Just ordered 14 days ago and says Tomorrow should be my day. Wooh hoo.Also have my priority otw from my old address. That's a stellar score tks T10 as I am 10-9 with receiving and one LL .In year's of business together. SL actually was stellar too gonna take a holiday break for shipping. I stocked up.
