Yes it most certainly does come around Karma that is......[/quote

The work place is normally a cesspool of gossip, lies and trickery. Over 1/2 the people who work for me are absolute Jerry Springer show guests in waiting. S-]

I honestly don't suspect that ANY of us speak "proper" English. Have you ever heard true english speaking people. I use the example that we speak American, simply because we do NOT speak proper english.  I'm not even sure half of us would even understand it lol
Ah bees down witcha dawg.  Amaricun, by Gawd in heavun,  Ah gots ma Good Book in one hand and ma heater in da udder.  Ah speaks good and praper!

Our biz was like that too. People skeer me. We got rid of all but one. Life is better now. Heavier workload, but less drama. And schemes.

Yeah, been working on it.  Cut loose 3 of the biggest idiots at the end of 2013.  I've got a few more but need the replacements to get adjusted so come February, it will be round 2.  S-

You guys didn't get the point, I am not saying I speak perfect English, I don't know anyone that does, it's just people that use language trying to prove their intelligence is so great that they just mess up the language so badly it's funny! My husband and I have a friend named Leroy, we call them leyroyisms, an example; " look at you all high looking like the chess cat" or she be trifling, or you forgot to bring your astute with you today, which I may be wrong, I believe it is astuteness, which had nothing to do with what we were talking about, and lastly repeating you know what I mean after literally every sentence! It annoys me, sorry, but I know what you mean the first time, you don't have to ask me a 100 times!

An hooter1, that picture was hilarious, my husband and I are still laughing our asses off, too funny!

Fake people, you know the people who say I would give you the shirt off my back, after having a rough two years I found out who my "true" friends were and there weren't many!

Pretty much always annoyed and mostly with myself. Boyfriends an unemployed idiot. I'm a doormat...afraid to be alone. Seriously, a 34 year old who doesn't care to pay his car insurance and has completely stopped looking for employment. Why should he? He knows I'm here to take care of everything:(Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Keep your head up V- I was a doormat once myself, but I know it seems hard, but you can be strong. The thought of being alone is tough but the thought of doing better and being with someone who will appreciate and help you will make it worth the risk!

Kick 'em to the curb.  There are good guys out there (and gals too).  No one should put up with a relationship they are not happy with nor an equal partner in... where both folks are committed and vested in working on the relationship.  Squabbles will still happen, but folks with no ambition and sense of entitlement, ladies it's a form of abuse IMHO.  Keep looking.... the "one" is out there for you.  Just my 17 cents worth.  S-

It's true. But it does take time to regain your backbone and a sense of self-worth. But moving in the right direction, no matter how small is still progress. Pick up the book Boundaries. It's a good one.

Yes, I recognize I am oversimplifying quite a bit in this post and also realize for many, easier said than done due to the emotional control the moronic partner exercises over the other.  So I do understand and can relate to the baby step approach in some instances, where there is physical contact especially, I absolutely and respectfully disagree.  The first time a punk ass "man" raises a hand to a woman, it is almost a certainty he will do so again and that abusive behavior will continue and escalate until it's too late to get out.  Liars, manipulators and plain old punk ass bitch so called men that hit women... deserve wicked, medieval, torturous agonizingly slow and excruciatingly painful death. Amen, Brother D! Been there, been through that, never going back...worst place to be, but it can change and I spend a chunk of my free time now trying to help people in this situation of physical abuse. You feel so helpless and small but when you get back up you are empowered!

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: @WTF7218 it may as well be that way with how little effort some of the people on here make to find information that's exactly where you would expect it to be.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  3. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.
  4. ontovzik @ ontovzik: He peed it in the snow in my backyard.
  5. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  6. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  7. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.
  9. C @ Cheesus: Thanks xenxra
  10. xenxra @ xenxra: @Cheesus yeah, use snote
  11. P @ psychedpsych: Trump is cracking down….
  12. P @ psychedpsych: Hackers are the scum of the earth
  13. N @ NYStateofMind: so it was easy bc of my history
  14. N @ NYStateofMind: I didnt really tell him but he knew I needed a new script since my dr went to jail
  15. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  16. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  18. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  19. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  20. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
