hello, in a few weeks i am going for my 3month refil on my X@ns, i took the zolax and tranax , will these pills show up different in a urine screen when sent to the lab for analysis , this urine test is the one that gets done every year to make sure i have no other meds in my system except for what the doctor prescribes me, if anything else shows than i am blacklisted , should i worry about the zolax or tranax, is there something in there that can make another drug show up on the test,

i hope the zolax is not masked for vals, or whatever

i feel the zolax working , but the way it kicks in is so much different than the xanax i get from walgreens

I think you answered your own question. As long as what you are receiving are in fact alps, you should be good to go. But, if they are actually a different benzo being sold as xanax, you could be screwed.

There is only one preliminary test for benny's and the only way they could tell is if the sent it to a lab, which is expensive and they would only do if you weren't supposed to be taking any benny's.

My pain mgmt doctor sends it off to an expensive lab. It's common practice in most pain mgmt practices. Not sure about someone seeing a doc only for benzos though. But my guess is that if they are testing, they probably aren't messing around.

Are you saying they always send it off or just when something comes up positive in a preliminary?

For the OP just take what you've been prescribed leading up to the test. At least two weeks if you are taking on a daily basis.

Once a year. Although my pain contract says I can be tested at any time.

I'm tested randomly by pain doc but they do a preliminary and if nothing shows up they won't send it to a lab. I'd say they test me an ave. of 4 times per year. Maybe its the frequency.

Interesting, the preliminary tests (I assume you mean a standard urine strip test) is not very illuminating. More and more doctors are going to more and more sophisticated and expensive testing. So let's say you are prescribed hydro, the more expansive test can tell them if you are taking the appropriate dose (for the few days beforehand anyhow).

I've used synthetic urine 2x. Knew I'd fail so WTF? Works like a champ in most basic tests. Noxide product was used for an employment screening. Got the job. Magnum product was used at the PO office.

I know another reason why there may be a difference. Insurance. If you have good insurance and they know the more expensive test is covered, they're probably more likely to order it.

once a year for me also for my doctor because of the monitoring program ,its a test that test the levels of each drug in your urine, i think it only test 12 panel but in depth

i have the paper here its testing for

benzodiazepines assay

urinalysis auto w/o scope

colchrom new quant

gc/ms

creatine

meporbamte

methadone

opiates

ph body fluid

spectrophotometry

synthentic cannabinoids

cococaine

this is what last years statement shows for the lab on what they test, my regular visits are inhouse urine test in a cup, those i dont worry about

PO office? Is that a doctor's office? If so, did they send it off to a lab?

Que? The parole officers lab & the employers on said they passed. Either way I got lucky and it can happen.

Oh, okay. Got it. I wasn't sure what PO meant, that's why I asked. And your response didn't directly address that, so it confused me a bit. Anyway, glad it all worked out for you.

  2. B @ bigblueallda: @drjimmy1964 lol I am actually surprised it is a real ID. I needed those documents because my license had been expired for over a year and I had to start all over. Nothing was in the system. It was a huge mess. I had no clue I was signing up for Real ID. They asked me for the exact same documents that I needed for a State ID Card.
  3. S @ soupson: bless your heart buddy. no sense of grammar or proper insults/jokes. you need this place in ways i can’t comprehend
  4. drjimmy1964 @ drjimmy1964: Sweet Ol' Me asked about Real ID, Stoup. Are you responsive to emails ? LMAO
  5. drjimmy1964 @ drjimmy1964: I smell some Stoup. Is Stoup's on ?
  6. drjimmy1964 @ drjimmy1964: @bigblueallda You win. I am lost. Thought you were surprised your license was a Real ID, now you say you provided those items.
  7. drjimmy1964 @ drjimmy1964: @bigblueallda I was under the impression that you'd need all of the points to get a real ID . I'd check it's validity if you're gonna fly domestic any time soon, just to make sure. Not to tell you what to do, sorry -
  8. B @ bigblueallda: @drjimmy1964 In my state to get a Real ID, I need SS card, Birth Certificate and two proofs of residency. Which I am positive I had to provide to get a new ID when it had been expired.
  9. drjimmy1964 @ drjimmy1964: @Turbo259 advertising - putting in writing for example an negative action to show they are guilty prior to taking action.
  10. B @ bigblueallda: I haven't flown in an airplane in 20 years lol. Can't recall the last government building I have been in either. According to the symbol it tells me I should have on my ID to make it a Real ID I do have one in my state

  13. drjimmy1964 @ drjimmy1964: @bigblueallda are you sure you have a Real ID ? I mean , they really want 6 points of proof and 1 for your addy and 1 for your SSN. Did you maybe get it done and forgot and flew out of the country or something ?

  15. S @ soupson: did anyone ask about real id or is sweet ol jimmy just rambling
  16. T @ Turbo259: @drjimmy1964 what did you mean by advertise? not gettin the verbiage, DM works if anything, just didnt understand
  17. B @ bigblueallda: {Visit your local Driver Service Bureau with the necessary documents: original birth certificate, Social Security card, and two proofs of your state's residency. } I definitely provided this when I had to get a new ID when i let mine go expired too long maybe I unknowingly got one but I think it is pretty standard here.
  18. B @ bigblueallda: Well it was a state id renewal. Before that there was a mixup and I had lost my birth certficate and social security number. After a couple of weeks and finally getting several documents in order I was able to get a state ID. It had been expired previously for a little too long and they wanted all kinds of proof. It was a mess. But nah I looked up what to look for an my state's ID to see if it is a Real Id or not and my card as the symbol it is supposed to have. I'll take a closer look though

  20. drjimmy1964 @ drjimmy1964: Actually it says "Not For Real ID Purposes". That is my 2022 renewal of my 2018 picture ID. I am not due till 2026 and I am sure they will make me go in since my pic would be 8 years old - they used to make you go in in my state for aging when I was younger, then went paper - then back to picture ( I think 9/11 to blame for that ) but relaxed it.
