It truly pains me to place her here, but unfortunately I feel I was left no choice. Chica (aka, Alondra) was a terrific vendor who saved my bacon on many occassions. She was quick to make things right and would customize orders for my specific needs. She showed tremendous trust, letting me use cash-in-mail (CIM) and shipping before receiving. Several months ago, she started working with a partner named Santos. I made a few smallish orders just to keep a back-up and everything ran smoothly, other than she had a difficult time keeping things in stock.
During the last week of March, I ordered 70 Rox from her. Santos sent them the standard SY way. As soon as I received them, I noticed that they seemed slightly thicker than regular Mboxes. I chewed on one and instantly knew that they were counterfeit. They seemed to be make out of some kind of pressed paper, they were slightly chewy and tasted of lilac or soap. When I say chewy, I mean you could not crush them into powder even if you wanted to (which I don't). I also tested them with a Marquis reagent test (no reaction). I immediately let both of them know.
I also let them know that due to this unfortunate event (which I believe was unintentional), I would need to seek out a medical detox. So, I told them I would contact them back in 4-5 days to work out how I could return the meds and resolve the problem. So, beginning around the first of April, I have emailed them at their various email addresses (see below) and have tried to contact them through a secure texting app that we had used in the past. I have received ZERO follow-up. I think I have been more than patient and should they make an attempt to resolve this issue, I will promptly remove them from the blacklist and do whatever I can to clear their name.
Until then, I would absolutely avoid this vendor:
