I'm very pleased with this vendor. Generally quick with responding to emails. He also covered overnight shipping since it was my first order. I plan to do more transactions in the near future.

 
Nice, thanks for the reporting everyone. Tony the T looks like the real thing. It's especially nice and a bit unusual to hear that both DBG members and vendor are trying to do business honestly.

If everyone would just play fair(us members don't have much of a choice - but we always start the ball rolling with the agreed order funding) then everyone wins.

The vendors that cheated, stole and lied to us messed up the whole business for a long time. Frankly I thought this new way of doing business was going to be the new norm.

But it appears we have a couple of reliable gentleman and even Team E ain't that bad.

 
After a very tough several days and weekend trying to get the truth and my order form Tony, I feel obligated to provide a quick review of the outcome and my position moving forward.  As of last Sunday I was certain that there would be no way in hell that I would every use this vendor again even if I was lucky to receive my initial order.  That said, I have to say that I've never experienced such emotional ride with any of 20-30 SY vendors that I've used in last 12 years.  

As of Tuesday, 5/5 this guy has been nothing short of being unparalleled and setting a new standard in the industry.  Not only did he delivery on an order that I never thought I would never see, he made up for my troubles by sending me an additional quantity of my preferred the next day.  He sent me magnitudes more than any other SY vendor has every sent me as a way of making things right...I mean exponentially more .  

I've been loyal to A for quite some time, and probably still am, but he has been out of inventory for what seems forever.  Not to get into a debate about SY supply chain, but I was certain that they all used the same Jefe  to get their supply. However, after all of the shipping issues last week, Tony seems almost magical in the way he replenishes his inventory pretty quickly and delivers his orders.  Its surprising because A used to always delivery within a few days of being out of stock.  But now, not so much.  I tried to place more than a half a dozen orders with A over the last month with very little success due to limited inventory.

Very long story short...Tony has far exceeded anything that I imaged possible with the SY vendors.  I wish all good luck with their ride...it aint easy but when is good, its GOOD.

I am so glad that Tony turned out to be everything that he wasn't...I came so close to labeling him as a total scammer but much to my dismay, he is proving to be the bell cow for me!

 
Hey Onzo did the right thing. It wasn't two or three extra. We expect the vendors to be honest. We should do the same.

I agree. Similar thing happened to me. My business client overpaid me by 350 bucks. I didn't notice until I caught up in QuickBooks. Contacted them yep weeks after I got check and informed them. Needless to say they were happy about that and told me that I was very honest. /default_smile.png

 
Tony is off to a great start! It's just as important for DBG members to be polite, respectful and honest with our vendors. If we can foster that type relationship with them then maybe we can bring back a little of the good old days.

Alex and Tony really try hard to be honest businessman. And in this business environment that's almost impossible.

I know a lot of members are thanking A & T on the boards for a job well done. I think they really appreciate that since most of the time they are dealing with our complaints by having to plow through 17 mails in one day from the same person asking why his package is a day late.

Let's certainly enjoy this while it last and hopefully it will continue for some time to come. Me personally quality is the most important part of buying process and that was my feeling even before Sept 2014. If the shipping operations can settle in on a consistent schedule, receiving packages on time or at the most a day's delay would just be icing on the cupcake.

Thanks to all the happy customers I thought I'd give him a try. The free shipping was impossible to pass up. Sent MG on Tuesday 5/5. There was a small issue and I had to call and get it approved. He said he didn't pick it up until after the cutoff on Thursday 5/7. Received TN last night and package arrived this morning 5/9.

I requested 10 Roxie and 5 eighties. He said he was out of the 80's so he sent 17 of the R o x. He said he only had K nines, but when the shipment arrived they were the dark(er) blue V forty eight 12's. So far quality looks good. The color was off a little from another order I had but the markings look good. I usually don't take anything in the mornings, but it Saturday so what the heck. They knocked my headache out and I'm feeling great. 

All in all I'm super happy and would use him again.

 
Starfish......quality too please. If everyone we only to report one comment that would be the important one.

In the past 6-8 months it was a serious issue and it was important that every order was rated.

And while you're feelin alright now Mr Yellow and thankful for a successful order, why not share your feelings of gratitude, whip out that credit card and throw a few bucks Cat's way.

Awesome customer service, response times often in minutes.  

I ordered and paid both times right at his cutoff and he's delivered both times the next day.  I could not ask for anything better.  Product is great, 10.325.  I sure hope he sticks around.  /default_biggrin.png

Ordered roxxxy 30 k nines. Excellent quality & he even sent me extra. I will definitely order from Tony again. He is a fantastic vendor.

TN received 9:30 pm 5/8 Then later that night he told me he was out of stock for opee 80 so he would send 17 rocks (exactly like previous poster)

Got my order around noon 5/9

Interestingly there was slightly over the 17 count blues like he told me there would be. No problem for me, I was happy with turnaround time .

Satisfied with quality will be using again.

This review was condensed from the original.  This member had to switch from MG to WU due to a receiver issue.

Orderd early May; meds received the next day. Was shorted m357 & was told it would be made up for next order he also added additional u17 so he took responsibility. Pretty solid experience thus far. Just placed another. Will get back with you all. 

 
He's also extremely responsive; some communication errors but was all easily rectified. I wouldn't hesitate to try. 

 
This Tony's a dream come true...ahh, ...love it while it lasts (believe me: I got mine and am a happy, happy girl) but the Buddha says: what goes up, must come down....I guess truth is: live in the moment.....it will surely change like the seasons do....

PS: OAS (on another subject) please support our mod....CAT and her CAR-needs: this for a great cause! Majority of us here LOVE our/all animals...I gave a chunk, but y'all just give what you can at least $10?? Think: where would we be now w/o our Grand Lady watching over all this shite...well someone has to run the show; and we don't, so it's the Mods;;;;;and she's the Queen! Let's show our respect and get her her friggen' vehicle.....to do GOOD!
