Combination Locks for Painkiller Bottles? WTH?

So, I just heard on the news that a one year plan will be implemented where opiate prescription bottles will have combination locks on them.  I am not sure if it is just my state or what.  I plan on researching this much further but wanted to get this out there.  Anyone know anything?

 
Obviously I am in the mother country lol. But is this an anti-abuse scenario or mega child safe lock or what? It seems very much overkill for either.

 
No kidding.....like i said, i am going to research more, but it looked like these were "disposable" combo locks for the top of the bottle.  Not thebottle the pharmacies get, but the bottles the patients get from the pharm.  WOW!  

Now if only they made one that would dispense one pill a day, i could actually take benzos.

They do! This older lady i know has some box thing that shoots a perk out at a certain time everyday!! No joke idk where she got it. Crazy as hell I, I think her home health aid loads it up each month.

 
Seriously?  Wow.  If i could take benzos, my life would be so different!  I must look into this!

this is the one i would need.....cuz i would definitely "tamper" ....oops!  Worth EVERY penny!  I cant wait to get one! Goin back to work in a week! This will be my first big purchase.  YAY!

Hey Cat - I just went to Amazon to look this thing up and they say it is "Currently unavailable" & they don't know when it will be back in stock... I was also giving it a looksie.  I hope you found something.

 
I would jump straight up and down on that thing for thirty minutes, or until something flew lose.
