I placed an order on Wednesday of last week but forgot to send money until Friday after his cutoff. Got TN on Monday and order received Tuesday. Order as expected and I am quite pleased. He answered all emails fast and with clear information. I was thrilled to learn he uses *****.my last guy sent *****and we do not have a local *******store around here so it had to be delivered to my house. Since I am a *****customer, I was notified of a pending pkg and then changed delivery to be at the store. This prevents my kids or my wife from wondering whats in the pkg when its delivered to my door. Super convenient.

I posted a month ago and I see lots of concern in recent posts:

I ordered 5/15 Vics he said were in stock

funds picked up same day

reveived 6/4- 10 short

that is 22 days with polite communication back and forth with 3 weeks of excuses from Tony

When I asked him to send the 10 Vics he shorted me he refused saying he could not do that and would add to my next order- right? so when I balked he refunded me and ended saying "now I don't owe you anything"

Don't hold your breath

 
Finally received a shipment TN sent 07022015. Arrived this am after sitting doing nothing until finally picked up 07042015.

Payment sent and accepted 06292015.

Order is short, I have only received 2/3 of the order and I am done here. The excuses are phenomenal, the service generally AOK, but the last month has been really poor, from my perspective and to end up shorted, massively shorted, is very upsetting and not worth the time and attention here. I had better service from another well known vendor here and even though he jacked his prices up, it has to be worth it compared to the suffering I faced over the last three days. DT's suck butt, but well planned orders not arriving on time is even worse.

I suppose I should be happy anything arrived at all?

Rock Climbers. Quality is ok, k9's and some indecipherable pill that tastes like dishwashing liquid. I will update the numbers when I have a chance and can find my glasses!

Very disappointed. I do not suggest anyone place an order for more then 500.00 here or you are probably going to head towards getting burnt. That is only an opinioon, but it sure reeks of a failing supplier and in these instances I have seen selective scamming start and then downfall.

Oh well.

Received yellow vikes - already tried those and they're A+++. Also received OPee 60's. Have not tried those yet however split one in half with my pill cutter and I can tell by the somewhat "gellish" consistency they're legit (those are hard to fake).

I've been reading some not so great reviews but I have to come to his defense. I've not had any real problems with him. Aside from (what are now expected) shipping delays. I did have a situation with one shipping delay and he gave me a little something extra because it was pretty delayed after I had paid for Saturday delivery. The only other snafu I've experienced was with funds pick up on this order and that was totally my fault because of a name misspelling. I have had a very positive experience with another of our vendors many of us like but not the consistency on quality I've had with Tony. I wait a little longer with Tony - but so far with the quality I've recieved makes it worth the wait for me.

I know the idea here is to report completed orders but maybe people need to be aware of whats going on with Tony.  I ordered early morning last Wed. July 1st and he told me he would get order out next day.  Thurs he said he would get TN to me that night, Fri he told me he would get TN out to me that night...I just emailed him asking for it again and he said he would get TN to me tonight. I am glad to see some people are getting their orders, but this is frustrating to say the least. 

 
I have had contact and got someone else's parcel. If you got one labelled 18, you got lucky.

Tony is making it right, but I am still kind of pissed.

ALG/265's were what was received. Taste like dish soap, but he claims all that is moisturizer from the packers. Hmmmmmmm, Noxema in the morning, tastes like..... Crap.

I have used Tony for a while, but this is too much for me, I appreciate Pooners comments, but I can't help feeling ripped off and still have to wait to see if the replacements all arrive.

Placed order Wednesday hoping for (but not expecting) ON delivery because I was leaving town Friday. It didn't happen so I asked for delivery today which I received. Mbox and OP60.  The 60s were supposed to be 80s but he already said he will send more to make up the difference.

I have told him I would rather have a 40 or 60 substitution than wait. Overall I am happy with the outcome.

I think he will fix the problem @rdkdanny. I'm an optimist.

 
@Pearls Me too, he has offered an acceptable and generous solution. I had an awful weekend, but it was my own fault for too many eggs in one basket, if you know what I mean.......

Optimism is underrated.......

 
6-29  Ordered --- Sent money and email order (probably close to cutoff though I don't think that matters much these days with vendors rarely doing overnight delivery)

7-6    Package Arrived --- A+

Overall, not too long of a wait considering there was a weekend in there.  The quality is fantastic.  I got Gregory House's favorites shoes; the yellow pair.

M Box. All good and accounted for. label was actually created 7/2 but missed driver p/u. Almost an old fashioned overnighter. Overwhelmed by holiday requests I assume. luck of the draw? We've had our issues in the past so I was due for a win. I'm thankful and wish everyone gets what they need soon

Same here, Jenny.  Everyday over and over "It is going out tomorrow will send TN tonight." This is so frustrating!!!

 
So strange you guys are having this issue :/   Maybe one of us (*ahem* 2earls :)) should find out why.
