@Ayyy7393 a quick wiki search would be more informative I imagine, but from what i remember phenibut acts on gaba B receptors...similar to a drug called baclofen. baclofen is not a benzo exactly. so this may be what you are thinking/ referring to, so yes, they act on different gaba receptors...
