Personally I don't compare the 2, ever. Codeine makes me sleepy, relaxed, slightly euphoric and nauseous (barely to bother). Tramadol makes my head feel, numb? Or cloudy, slightly euphoric and a bit anxious. But you probably won't feel any withdraws from codeine if you take Tramadol.
I have extremely dry face skin specifically my nose and sides of nose as well as eye area and cheeks. I can't even wear makeup because you can see my skin peel. I don't know what to use for dry skin that works.........
