    Seems legit as I got the email too. The message also popped up from the phone app which would be quite hard to hack (or so I think).

    Without details I had a few issues and HM was the one to inform me of the problem and included reasonable solutons. What more could you reallly ask for? Hm is A+, does as he says and when an occasional problem happens he deals with them swiftly. That is all that matters in my book.
