Yes indeed I am officially closed now. I should've just said that this morning instead of giving one more day because now I've got actual work to do! I'll probably end up rationing my own stock over the holidays because I got pulverized today. Not trying to get anyone's sympathy but if anyone is reading my thread for the first time today the feeding frenzy is over, all the bones have been picked clean and a few of you cracked those open and sucked out the marrow! That's what I get for calling out the "heavy hitters" I suppose but I really didn't anticipate this kind of action!

I hate to say this but anyone still waiting to get in might want to find an alternate club to party at for the next few months. I'm always working on more sources and if you step out of line I'll hold your spot but, I don't see any openings becoming available soon. Wish I had a more eloquent way of putting it but I'm really drained right now so please forgive me. Everyone who put in an order I'll still be shipping when I said I would and the few people on "layaway" rest assured your items have been set aside.

I'll probably be hanging around the board over the holidays so I'll talk to y'all soon but, for now goodnight and sweet dreams.

All the best ~ Hydreaux

You're a rare breed brother, and a good man. Know that the admiration and respect you've expressed towards me is mutual. Thank you for all you've done for so many here, and for those I know you'll help in the future.

Aww...you guys are cute.  /default_wub.png

(This was supposed to multi-quote Hydreauxman and Jewy's loving posts to one another but my multi-quote link didn't want to work this morning).

Layaway is the best.
Thanks HM, have a good Festivus.

Finally!

Someone who might know when the Airing of Grievances is.

Is it before or after the wrestling?

I am ready to start the Airing of Grievances with a family member now!

I too am ready to start the airing of grievances, which is why I am going to use H's butter recipe at my family holiday gathering in the desert I bring unbeknownst to anyone but me.  **evil grin**.

Personally, I'd suggest having the Airing of Grievances prior to the wrestling. Gets the flames good and hot before the grappling begins.

Jewy can vouch for the effectiveness of my butter process. If it puts a 7'3 Wookie down for 9 straight hours of sleep, drooling and numb limbs and all, just imagine what it could to to the average person

The man speaks the truth! First batch went flawlessly, baked up some Ghiradelli brownies with it, savored the flavor, and 4 hours later, I was down for the count. Woke up 9 hours later in EXACTLY the same position I'd gone to sleep in, couldn't feel one of my arms from lying on it all night, and the pillow had added a few extra pounds overnight. What can I tell you? Wookies are prone to drooling, particularly after Heisenberg's famous Canna-Butter Brownies. /default_wacko.png

That sounds sooooo fun and chic "retro" style!! Are the after-effects any different than non-brownie style of consumption??

Generally speaking edibles with a high fat content are far superior than those containing little or no fat. Thus making the butter an ideal delivery method, I also like to sauté my medicine in cooking oil when the recipe calls for it. The butter is a little more foolproof though because it's easy to overheat the THC/CBD in oil and decrease it's effectiveness.

Oh if I can get the relative down and out even for a few hours.... (inside my head I'm cackling an evil cackle) I will indeed have a merry Christmas /default_wacko.png !

Hope you all don't mind if I pause the fun for a moment to report on some positive experience regarding Mr. Hydreaux...I know, shocking! This guy just won't quit!

Ironically, I just received a thoughtful little holiday package from HM and it came 2 days ahead of expectations.

I tried something a bit new (for me anyway) and am VERY happy I did so.

I sound like I'm stuck on repeat, but once again, I had a flawless, outstanding transaction from "greens to beans"...which is to say, I think this vendor is "swell".

Thank you Hydreaux Man, enjoy the holidays!

A funny story and a little OT...

I know I am dating myself but this goes back 25+ years. I was into brewing my own beer back then and was making a batch of MJ beer. My Uncle came over to my house and saw the setup and the cases of beer I made. He asked if he could take a 6 pack home. I am thinking what do I do? My Uncle is one of the most generous people I know and literally gave me my start in the business world. There was no way I could say no to him so I warned him my beer has an extremely high alcohol content and to be careful. I should probably mention my family likes their liquor. Anyway he loved the beer and asked for more. I told him my friends drank it all which was actually true.

PS - Hydreauxman, Happy Holiday to you and yours.

And thank you for the feedback, glad to hear you're enjoying the new product and more importantly you received in time.

Since all the off topic posts are about MJ and Festivus, carry on. Here's a fun fact about "The strike" (festivus episode), there's a guest appearance by Bryan Cranston. Now if you'll all excuse me I'm off to make a donation to the human fund, if anyone else would like to donate to this noble cause feel free to send extra funds with your next order and I will be happy to match it.

@Hydreauxman :: Human Fund? Would love the opportunity to match. Happy Holidays everybody! Almost through the Christmas fuss and on to New Years, lets hope 2014 is another for the books. Frankly, I am happy to be anywhere, but 2013 has not been a gas.

Aloha!

Yes, I believe that's Hydreaux's version of my favorite charity, "Friends of Jewbacca". Just send me your donation, and I match it. In my checking account. /default_biggrin.png

  4. ClintEastwood @ ClintEastwood: Robert Duvall and a handful of others were a younger actors coach and always said no one worked as hard as those guys did. Robert Duvall and rest would read the full script 228 over and over, then after the last read they would go into how to perform their character. The young man had made it to meet Al who are greats and pull them to the side. And explain what his coach said. They all looked back and said out of every role you’ve seen me in. I have read it 228 by myself. 🫡 🫢 🫢 🫢
  5. ClintEastwood @ ClintEastwood: Sorry for comment below, but I couldn’t delete. Know I see the
  6. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: Yeah Robert Duvall passing is a hard one. RIP
  7. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Damn. Just heard Robert Duvall passed away Sunday. That’s a tough one. He’s one of my favorite actors. From Lonesome Dove to the Godfather and many others. We will miss you Mr Duvall. You entertained us for 7 decades. RIP
  8. L @ Layne_Cobain: @ClintEastwood make a post about it homie they’re gonna take down your message here cuz shout box isn’t really for talking shop just random shooting the shit exc but yeh just put your message in a post on the forum in the appropriate place and ppl will get at you! 👊 ✌️
  9. ClintEastwood @ ClintEastwood: Just wondering if anyone well trusted has a supply of research thienos or benz in powders for good average prices? Or could give a shout out from me to him? Or the best lowest per each? I’ve seen some cool and some i just know are worth it. Good price rv presses too but it is much more bang for your buck. I have one good vendor. But am looking for variety’s well. Send me a message or reply if you think any. Thanks - CLINT E. Any Heavy stuff too which all seem about the ssmmmmmm
  10. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: I always thought I should’ve been born in a much earlier time but I will say, i do enjoy my Xbox and occasional TV series tho 😂
  11. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: I just wish the opioid epidemic never happened. Fk the turn of the century (which would be cool no doubt)! Many of my friends and family would’ve ended up in asylums like so many others. I just wish I could get back all those I’ve lost since the start
  12. L @ Layne_Cobain: 1914 I meant
  13. L @ Layne_Cobain: I often wish I lived during the turn of the century or at least before the Harrison narcotics act or whatever I think it was 1924 the fun ended but anyway yeh being able to get laudanum, ❄️ and amphetamine at the local friendly pharmacy
  14. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Chew on the leaves with a bit of slaked lime and enjoy the mild boost you get from the raw base.
  15. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I’m sure you know the folks in the mountainous regions along South Americas pacific side buy cócà leaves at the local farmers market just to help acclimate to the higher elevation when they have to head up into the hills.
  16. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I would certainly have bought it, swilled it, enjoyed it…. Why not? A little boost in your juice isn’t going to hurt anyone.
  17. R @ Royboy99: Exports were reported to have around 7.2mg per FL OZ, it’s success is what actually led to Coca Cola
  18. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Having cramps and husband thinks you’re acting hysterical (ie. PMS) the doc would either perform a certain massage to relieve the strains of motherhood and family life of that time or send you down to the local apothecary for a bottle of laudanum… A tincture of alcohol and 10% òpìųm. Fun days huh?
  19. R @ Royboy99: @malestrom: yeah thats it, my bad Mariani, yeah i considered that and also its ROA, which was oral so the bioavailability was lower than insufflation, higher degree of purity tho and longer duration … there was a significant marked increase of patents filed by Edison during the time it was released in the US. Presidents were known to use it as well, and the Queen. The pope awarded the wine the Vatican gold medal award
  20. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I think it was called vin Mariani. But yeah, it was all the rave back in the turn to the 20th century. Original formula Coca Cola did it for a while too. I think it was pretty weak though. Something like 200 mg per liter of wine. Enough to maybe give you a little push but unless you could pound some serious alcohol, it’d be hard to really feel the effects before the ethyl knocked you down on the ground. It was an interesting time period. Laudanum was a “hysterical” woman’s best friend.
