"DONT ORDER FROM THESE" ppl unless u are trying to get a tracking number with no package behind it these dudes gave me my tracking number overa month ago n I never received my package have asked for refund multiple times but they refuse to even email back order #13884 first letter R first letter of family name is S first y'all didn't have what I wanted so I took your replacement but that never showed these ppl are a scam I've lost 400 fucking with these🤡 n if u don't wanna lose your bread don't fuck with these dudes

Orders lost in the holiday. We reshipped them all. I checked for order "13884". It's not even exists (photo attached).

Friends, do not believe to those reviews. We are here 9 years. We are doing our best for all our customers. We can't help if the customer do not respect our terms. We reshipped all orders from China that lost due to the holidays. If customer do not received the order after the reship, we are even going to reship again. No any other vendor is standing for his reship promise.

If you trying to find as as untrusty vendor, it's your decision. But it's far from the truth.

We reshipped above 50 lost parcels in the last 2 months from China. All orders going to be delivered safely now (passing the custom border). Only orders we can't reship are the Eutylone. The Eutylone can't pass the Chinese border right now. If you made an order for Eutylone, we sent an email message for you with replacement option.​

It's obvious that the customer who are not happy, are releasing bad feedback. We are trying to do the best of our customers. and we have 5 figures number of customers.... so no, we are doing great. And most of the complains are by people who do not respect our terms. We can't guarante 100% successful shipping from Europe to the USA, for example. So what the point to complain if we mentioned it very clearly?

How about my orders? One from Canada, one from the US, and neither one has shown up. It's been a month now. I'm sorry bud, I just don't believe either one was sent in the first olace. Unless they were the sloppiest shipping ever and envelopes could have been easily torn open in route, but much more likely they were never sent.

As I've said multiple times, I have never had an issue ordering anything from overseas, including stuff like негојп or ⲙϭⲙⲁ that they are really on the lookout for, and they always arrived after a couple weeks. Same with massive packs from China, all good. I have an extremely hard time believing that a couple grams (grams!!) couldn't make it over a single land border, but half kilo quantities of controlled drugs could arrive across an ocean, or from very well known transit countries like the Netherlands.

I Know TGC is Legit. You guys have a reputation that is almost second to none. I'm just saying I think my order must have been overlooked by your partners in the US or Canada; the US one has no excuse for not arriving, but as I've always said those Canadian orders are most important to me.

I took a big leap of faith placing an $800 order and still have nothing to show for it. That is not cool, I need some kind of verification from either my original order shipping, or confirmation of a reship, otherwise I would have to agree that at least certain elements in your organization are engaging in selective scamming. Which would be such a bummer, I came in here listening to people bitching about not receiving a few things and I was so confident I would provide a counter example when my orders arrived problem- free,just because I was long aware of your company's reliability. It leaves me with a weird feeling.

Regarding Canada, there is a strike at their post offices. Unfortunately, we cannot take any action until the strike comes to an end.
