I trust that these guys will eventually come through as well, the main issue is lack of communication. I had a bromazolam powder order sitting for 3 weeks with no response and when they finally responded it was to tell me it was out of stock and that they would reship a different benzo for me (fine by me). Now that tracking has been sitting with no update since the 14th and they aren't replying to emails from me even though I only email them once every 2 weeks to not blow them up. Thats over 5 weeks from my initial order that I haven't received a working tracking number, when the two other biggest CN vendors are able to reply to emails within 24 hours and their trackings update out of CN within 2 weeks max usually.Oh man ha, what a bunch of drama. Well I'll say, I just placed a large initial order with these guys (since that "Magical Mountain" has a very good reputation) and I put in my order notes that I wanted to confirm I've never had any problems with orders coming from overseas, especially Canada. I believe Customs just simply can't detect relatively tiny amounts of powders in normal envelopes, with the huge scale of mail going between the US and Canada, and therefore there should only rarely be issues. But I also think that there RARELY IS issues, and as their rep here states, the only people you ever hear from are the angry folks who are missing their stuff, the very vocal minority.
Now I might be eating my words in the coming weeks, but I've been doing this shit for a long time, since at least the original Silk Road days. TGC has a very long standing reputation, and frankly we can't get some of these items anywhere else. I don't know where else to find what I can only imagine is basically pure carf anymore, I should say. So as long as their friends in the North aren't selectively scamming us and lying to the big bosses in China (a distinct possibility, but since many still DO get their orders, it could just be bad luck. Which unfortunately will always be a thing sometimes ) then I think they're still legit. Enough for me to put $800 where my mouth is. So fingers crossed but I'm honestly not that worried. But I'm pretty chill too, and like to think most people are honest and do the right thing at the end of the day, especially when I know these guys are still making bank while sending out 100% of orders. They have no reason to ruin a long- cultivated good reputation. Cheers!
This is not to throw shade or accusations at this vendor, as I said I believe they will deliver me the product successfully and that there was just a misunderstanding on stock of the original product I ordered that they didnt take out of stock soon enough, I do not fault them for this. But it also appears that unless you are somewhat persistent with these guys when you are in a situation like mine, that the issue takes many months to resolve, and sometimes they will even tell customers that they should have contacted them sooner instead of waiting 2-3 months. I just want to keep a reasonable trail of my requests.
Edit: received a reply this morning but the reply did not answer my question. I asked about the tracking # not updating and was given the reply "this order is from ******* (some persons name that I dont know)". That was the entire message with no further explanation.
