Things to remember when/before ordering:

- THIS IS A (loose) NETWORK of global partners, so what they have on website may not exactly reflect what is actually “in stock”. So make sure to communicate with someone and get updates on whether they/partners actually have something that is listed or not. I originally placed a large order of FXE which was sold out, then was offered CanKet as replacement which unfortunately was as also sold out, but ultimately they came through last week after 5 months with…something else (I have to send to a lab for spectral analysis for exact chemical id, but it’s definitely a GOOD disso, so I’m happy) I also got a smaller order of DMXE and that was shipped fast and arrived like 10 days after order was placed. So YMMV…

- BE PATIENT FFS. This isn’t Amazon, or DoorDash or Uber. You are dealing with people who are going out of their way to get you things from labs/distributed inventory to clever packaging and shipping, all in a very intense time period where there is extra scrutiny/scanning from all dumb governments. The good old days of getting things straight from a Chinese lab to the States seems to be very much over — things have to go many different routes now.

- BE GRATEFUL if you got what you paid for, come back here and post your own experience. Stop being a whining entitled clown/little bitch and contribute to the conversation to counteract the negative.

Now that I understand how these particular vendors work - I will DEFINITELY be putting in more orders in the near future.

First of all, we are sorry about your order. It was a bad luck. It's not often... but you really wait a long time for your order to come.
Indeed, we are working with several partners. We are trying to select the best partners as possible. We are very selective. Ands we are trying the best to update our website regarding to our partners' stock. But we can't always do it precisely. Sorry! So, it's true, always better to contact us first and to ask if the product in stock. even if 90% it's in the stock...

And you are right, we only want to work with grateful customers. We don't want money for ungrateful customers that gives us stress. We really trying the best for our customers.

Hey you can believe me or not but about to years ago I paid for a rare chem from you guys but it was sold out and I want interested in the replacements you offers and eventually just got ignored this was over a 200 dollar purchase. I never received anything. However you guys have great reviews on here and the cheapest raw 2cb I could find for my birthday celebration.
 
We never ignored anyone. Unless a few people (less than 10) during all our operation time. Those people were really disrespectful and after several warnings we had no other option but to ignore them. If you can provide me your order number, I will try to check with the team if they have the communication with you still.

Maybe this while thing was a huge misunderstanding. And it a was something I did. It was a couple years ago. To be honest I don't have access to those accounts to begin with. Like I said regardless of whatever happened I know you guys have a solid reputation and I meant no offense. Thanks for responding
