@TGC-RC site down until May 27th?? :( Was just about to pull the trigger on a sub.
Same... I was literally paying and my wallet was syncing so I went to resubmit the payment and at that moment it said no pay options and now it says updating payment options no new orders until May 25th.... literally was in the middle of pulling the trigger 😭😭😭

Maybe it's a good thing we missed it... hopefully they aren't making an "exit" because when I tried emailing them it said that attachment isn't found. As if their email is no longer working. I don't really want to pay 7 dollars for the threema app just to talk to them if they have exited.

Nah I see you're new here and it shows. If they we're indeed making an "exit" they would def take your payments and grab as much as they can
 
Still sucks. I'd made an order for their MXE (which I'm starting to doubt), and it was sitting at "Processed" for the better part of a week.

I wanted to send an email asking about status, and I can't even do that now because I have no idea what the order number is, because I can't log in to my account.

It's poor customer service.

I've seen vendors talk about getting 100s of responses in their preferred modes of communication outside of this forum, while these threads do not reflect that... so how do you know that wasn't the case?
It was merely a potential scenario to take into consideration. What is the point of being rude? Unless maybe you've been reading your mags way too often which in many cases can cause irritability.

Yeah, my hopes are not that high right now. I'm probably out a not-insignificant amount of money.
