Just chiming in to add to Rift's massive pile of positive reviews. As others have said, this is a very solid vendor that provides high quality products. When mistakes are made, Rift is quick to respond and rectify the problem.

So far I've placed three separate orders. My first one got stuck in limbo on their website somehow, so I reached out to them via email after a week or so passed. They apologized for the inconvenience and threw in an extra 25 bromaz tablets for my trouble. The product arrived without any issues.

My second order was for a few different products, but one of them was missing. I tried reaching them through the same email address as before, but my emails were getting bounced back, so I posted a comment on this thread and they responded quickly asking for my order number. Once I gave them my info, they immediately sent out the missing product and it arrived very quickly, which leads me to believe they probably paid for an expedited shipping option so it would get to me faster.

My third order was again missing a product. I contacted them here again, and they again apologized and told me they would promptly send it out. Unfortunately, this time they sent out only 1/3 of the amount I ordered. At this point, admittedly, I was a bit annoyed, but they were very apologetic and sent out the full amount of the order immediately after I contacted them.

Here's the point... I'm not sure what the reason was for all the snafus, but in this particular business, you'll be hard pressed find a vendor more honest and accommodating than RiftChems. I've dealt with other vendors in this market that will short you or "forget" to include something in your order, and then will ignore you when you inform them of their mistake.

In terms of product quality, I've had zero complaints. In terms of variety, they have a pretty great assortment of options (especially when you take their off-site menu into consideration). They also are very good about posting updates about their selection and potential delays that may be experienced during shipping. Their website is easy to navigate, and ordering is straightforward.

Overall, Rift is an excellent vendor that you should not hesitate to use for your research needs. They make customer satisfaction a high priority, and they are accommodating and quick to respond if there are any issues. Highly recommended!

I ended up making another subscription to his library

I chose the yellow mags that are now OOS and brom.

Everything went very smooth from ordering to delivery.

I received the mags and took a couple days to take a look at the read.

Once I did I found that a decent amount of the yellow pages were crumpled . This sucks but things happen I suppose.

The blue = pristine!!!

BUT there wasn’t extra magazines of any kind like rift had said there would be if I gave him a try again. To be fair to him I did not clearly inform that this order was the one he said he’d do that for. I thought he would remember. That part is obviously MY blunder.

Anyways

I ended up giving both of them a read and found the yellow to not have as many pages as expected having read yellow before. The read was a little different.

The Brom was outstanding!!!

So in conclusion

the extras not being there and the yellows read and pages being crumpled kind of let me down.

I did message him about this.. I will update if there’s anything more to add!

Heads up guys, today was a postal holiday. For those emailing me from the weekend orders asking why they dont have tracking yet.
Well thanks Rift.

The latest subscription to some yellow and dark blue reading material was the fastest turnaround I’ve ever experienced from Rift. Subscribed Sunday night had my mags Thursday! Wow! Delivered high quality reading too, the pages really made me feel something! 10/10 Rift, my best experience yet with you :)

Just realized that the tracking numbers I posted on friday were posted as private note on peoples orders, so I just fixed that. If you didnt see your tracking before it should be there now.

And yes I did offer extra @Outdoorsman25 you should have tracking attached to your prior order.
 
It took a long while but I got my library card back after my request for many books is lost.
Seems staff at some branches is affected - training ppl is hard ppl say
With how libraries are these days I appreciates getting back

Little update on inventory:

Rilmazafone we have 1-2 months worth of inventory left depending on if china produces more. This is one of our more popular tablets, so I wanted to give early warning here.

Flubrotizolam is running out and wont be restocked.

2F-DCK has 1-2 months worth of supply left unless we find a new supplier. FXIPr is a good replacement and has gotten great feedback.


Fluoprazolam seems to be an underrated gem and many people are reporting good research with it. No reports on our Pynazolam yet.

We will likely replace flubrotizolam with bromonordiazepam, assuming our order for it arrives in one piece.

Pynazolam tablets are now included as a part of our: Benzo Sample Pack product

Thats 150x tablets total in the sample pack.

Does Rift's $4-METMP hit a lot better than everyone else's or something? I have been happy with all of my other products frrom Rift but damn $100/g for 4-METMP is anywhere from 2-3x everywhere else. Is there something i should know about it? Thanks!
 
Just wanted to throw out there how good and positive Rift has been with me in my overall experiences. When it came to response, customer service/satisfaction, legitimacy, and quality I would say it could be close to one of the best or my favorites for the information I obtained.

Always sent extra with my orders, never the exact amount of short or broken, always at least 10 extra pages. And in the one case of a mistake, there was about double from what I was supposed to get. I know Rift is getting a good system out of this, doing and providing, but still, many people would be taking advantage, they would be wanting the max amount they feel they could squeeze out of people, or just not care or be non involved when their our issues with ppl. And he is Not like that, quite the opposite, and when it comes to this type of situational issues, people can be put in bad positions, so it's always nice to know that the person helping with a problem could be counted on.

Same metmp everyone else has. Just low stock and not sure when next batch will land, so price is temporarily raised from $80/g. Most people use 20% off coupon on our shop too.

adding tracking to processing orders then responding to emails/DMs in a couple hours.

I will be mostly absent from communication till Friday morning as im needed in-person at the moment.

Edit: Friendly reminder to please keep emails to one a day, especially if you have waited less than one day to hear back from me. The excessive spam is taking longer and longer to get through. You dont need to send 10 emails to confirm payment or to ask when your package is being dropped off. Its inconsiderate to the other people waiting to hear back from me as well.

If your tracking number hasnt updated yet it will update today

I will Second this! i only have one order with Rift so far but they have been wonderful. I would ask for a bit quicker communication but outside of that everything is on point, extras in the order, didnt take long from order to receipt! I see a lot of bad reviews that almost kept me from ordering but i am glad i didnt let that stop me and got an awesome starter pack!

Where do you see bad reviews on here or reddit?

Hou won't see many approved ppl on DBG, unless it's a new exit scamish/similar situation, for any of the sections that isn't coming up with what they are saying or making situations better. At least from my experience, otherwise it would be pretty pointless I would feel. Even the "referral section" of the RCs, if you do your digging and checking reviews and maybe other places' reviews, to see legitimacy, that even tends to be good. Only problem I have is with ppls attitudes in specific sections, but then it is just a matter of not dealing with them and moving on if that's your preference. No one I feel like monopolizes any reading material options...
 
Didn’t want to come here and post this - but at this point it seems necessary. I would be cautious ordering from RC. My experience:

1st order - sample pack and Ritalin derivative. Got different samples than advertised.
2nd order - I got some items from 2nd order, but not 2mmc. Have emailed multiple times.

3rd order - was supposed to have 100 of the new Pyno. Instead it has 50 Eti and Bro…..

Every single order I’ve made w these guys seems to have basic problems and little follow through….

Have you tried DMing them on here? They seem to be super responsive on here and always follow through on taking care of their orders no matter how long is been.

I will say - I’ve put in 3 orders despite an issue w each and that says something: I’ve found the products are well dosed what they say. Nothing is labeled. Another challenge. It feels a little like hilarious Russian roulette… does what I got upset me? No. Is any of what I ordered….. also no in this third case 😜👌🤷‍♂️

Yeah I'm sure they will answer your dm on here. I feel ya on the labeling especially when dealing with multiple subscriptions. Can't wait to try that particular mag but I'm wary lol

We dont label our tablets, but color of tablet will always match the color of the bag of the tablet on the website, as it says on our FAQ. We do label our powders/crystal products.

If you got the wrong product shoot me a message and youll get a reship, no problem.

Going through emails now, was gone for the weekend. Adding tracking to orders as well to get sent out today.

Not sure if this applies to Rod, but some people email the wrong email. Our only working email is riftchems@protonmail.com

I also just checked rod, and your recent order you did receive pynazolam based on the image you sent me. We no longer carry the product you claim we sent, our pynazolam is yellow now. I will take care of the missing 50 (since you received 50) and the bromaz can be considered a bonus :) and if you were missing anything from previous orders I would be glad to fix that too. I shot ya a DM!
