I can only speak for myself, and I am probably one of the “new accounts” that were spoken of lol, but I can vouch that everything is legitimate. Trust the process, and if you feel you must/that it’d calm your anxiety, maybe send an email to them. (Rare if you see this I hope I’m not speaking out of line for you, making you even more busy 😂)

I was anxious too after seeing the bout of posts (which were during the Christmas/holiday period, during which ALL postage moves slower than typical due to volume — as if Rare put the package into shipping and told the courier “make sure to slow it down for me” lol) but I just gave a lil’ ol’ 36-48hr period after payment confirmation as to not be bothersome, and I was told that it was actually already on the way, and it’d be arriving sometime in the next 2-4 days likely. When I checked the mail the next morning, Santa had made a stop.

Sorry if I’m being long-winded, but just like you, I conflictingly both trusted and had concerns seeing peoples’ posts; genuinely I believe that a lot of people who spoke poorly just planned poorly around the Holiday chaos that the postal service consistently goes through annually. I know two things for sure; my personal subscription landed containing Hemingway-tier reading materials, and secondly, I definitely look forward to trusting Rare should I need new reading materials in the future. I know I’m an anonymous account to you, but try to trust the system and breathe, as trite as it may sound.

If it eases your mind, from payment confirmation to arrival was 7 days exactly, and Rare was super cooperative with me and my own anxieties similar to yours. I hope you enjoy your new reading material; just from my preliminary reading, you won’t be disappointed!
 
Our shipper had a family emergency over the weekend so some of the packages from last week were delayed, everything is shipped now. I apologize for the delay!

We will always provide updates on your order if you email me, if I don't respond within 24 hours feel free to email again to remind me. We are a small team and we all have day jobs as well so I appreciate the community understanding when there are delays in getting packages out timely. U5PS delays are of course out of our control butI am always happy to check tracking and provide updates every step of the way.

Late review but I received my order in a little over a week, granted it was during the holidays.

Everything came in fine, communication was top notch. Speed could have been a little faster but we’re a spoiled bunch with vendors shipping out mags same day.

Pack landed. Took like 2 weeks so was getting concerned. Got bromaz solution mag sample and some powder sample. So far read .5ml of the liquid which should be 2.5mg bromaz. Have lots of experience with this mag but no tolerance right now. It definitely felt nice and put me to sleep, no blackout, woke up after the nap ready to hit a workout. Seems to be quality. Once I read the powder, if that’s good I will be returning because the price is great. Unfortunately nothing was labeled so I had to go back to his original posting to see concentrations, and I have no idea how much powder is in this bag at all so that sucks. Wouldn’t hurt to label these products @rareimportsus , even if it’s just sharpie on the bag lol

Update, upon closer inspection on what the liquid was packaged in, it was simply. 10ml flush syringe… it was all leaked out. It appears there was supposed to be a little luer lock stopper to prevent this l, but that was not the case. There was maybe 3ml in there. I paid for 10ml so this is really disappointing. Also paid for a mag of 100mg bromaz powder, which looks really really light. Waiting on a mcg scale to confirm. The tiniest bit of solutions I received did work. But I’m very disappointed with this situation. Sure could’ve been package handlers fault. But the quality of packaging was rough. And to see a loose syringe in there with a very loose caps is disturbing. Vendor should invest in screw on bottles like most vendors to prevent this. I waited 2 weeks and donated 40. just to end up with a single time use product. Vendor please make this right. @rare_imports

I'm just crossing the two week waiting period myself and starting to get a bit concerned. Then there's guys replying above me saying their pack landed in one week and I'm left wondering what the hell...lol.

In their defense they did offer to help track my package but typically I try not to bug vendors with that as I can only imagine how many of those stupid emails they receive. In this case I may make an exception.

I'm really hoping my pack lands any day and I will promptly update.

My understanding is theyre a small team..so potentially taking a few days to ship is understandable. And I don't think they usually give out T/N after it's sent.

My experience with these guys was great. I will definitely be back to do future business with them.


Also... ya'll need to STOP publicly posting about orders that youre waiting on. This is not smart, at all. Do not post about shipments that are in transit.
