Yeah I understand just because it's priority does not mean they will get it in transit immediately. More often that not though I find vendors that do will get it out pretty quick.

I placed my order last week Tuesday or Wednesday.

I was looking through post history and it seemed everyone who had received their orders were relatively fresh accounts so I got a little leery.

If my reading material takes a month to show up then so be it, I'll live. Again, was simply looking for any reassurance that I hadn't made a mistake.

I can only speak for myself, and I am probably one of the “new accounts” that were spoken of lol, but I can vouch that everything is legitimate. Trust the process, and if you feel you must/that it’d calm your anxiety, maybe send an email to them. (Rare if you see this I hope I’m not speaking out of line for you, making you even more busy )

I was anxious too after seeing the bout of posts (which were during the Christmas/holiday period, during which ALL postage moves slower than typical due to volume — as if Rare put the package into shipping and told the courier “make sure to slow it down for me” lol) but I just gave a lil’ ol’ 36-48hr period after payment confirmation as to not be bothersome, and I was told that it was actually already on the way, and it’d be arriving sometime in the next 2-4 days likely. When I checked the mail the next morning, Santa had made a stop.

Sorry if I’m being long-winded, but just like you, I conflictingly both trusted and had concerns seeing peoples’ posts; genuinely I believe that a lot of people who spoke poorly just planned poorly around the Holiday chaos that the postal service consistently goes through annually. I know two things for sure; my personal subscription landed containing Hemingway-tier reading materials, and secondly, I definitely look forward to trusting Rare should I need new reading materials in the future. I know I’m an anonymous account to you, but try to trust the system and breathe, as trite as it may sound.

If it eases your mind, from payment confirmation to arrival was 7 days exactly, and Rare was super cooperative with me and my own anxieties similar to yours. I hope you enjoy your new reading material; just from my preliminary reading, you won’t be disappointed!

Our shipper had a family emergency over the weekend so some of the packages from last week were delayed, everything is shipped now. I apologize for the delay!

We will always provide updates on your order if you email me, if I don't respond within 24 hours feel free to email again to remind me. We are a small team and we all have day jobs as well so I appreciate the community understanding when there are delays in getting packages out timely.
