This is true, and there products are definitely worth the wait though. I would vouch for FOG any day.

Most definitely, FOG was the first vendor I made a purchase with here. I got my previous items in less than a week so I was expecting something similar. I'm glad for their success, it is well deserved. I'll give myself more time when running low in the future.
 
Any timeframe on when some of the other magazines will be in stock suck as jells and honeys. Really.interisting looking read.

Can you tell me the total amount of time it took to get your items? I'm at three weeks and still nothing, I'm ready to request a refund.
 
I have been waiting since the 21st for an order. Reached out and few times and they don't seem to be helpful anymore 😕 thinking I got scammed
 
I sent a DM requesting a refund on Thursday, haven't heard anything back yet. I don't think they are scamming, but something is definitely off. By far the most disappointing experience I've had here, and that's saying something.

We are in the process of getting them on the site, just a very rigorous r&d period and trying to juggle that with all the orders. Really hoping to have them ready within the next 2 months.

for sure not scammed. Its summer time.

We have NEVER failed on shipping and wont. We have a physical church, youre always more than welcome to come visit the church to pickup sacraments if shipping takes too long.

We dont issue refunds. It's already a huge pain in the ass to fill all these orders much less handle refunds. Just be patient. You will be happy you waited.

Im just wondering why other people are getting there orders 3 days to a week or 2 weeks but mine is taking a month and hasnt showed up, for the same product. I understand things can be slow but this is like China slow.
 
Been over a week since I made my purchase, haven’t heard anything back from FOG. Hopefully everything works out well….

No one has gotten anything in 3 days since we got busy. thats simply not possible.

good news, 100% of orders are caught up as of this morning, All tracking should get updated today.

Sweeet im so excited! I see my tracking still hasn't been scanned/picked up but I cant imagine how many packs are going out. Yall were slammed back in November too but it came through eventually, thanks FOG :)
 
It's been a week since i.ordered and paid. Im having faith it's just back logged which immigration im.ssure they are. I couldn't get response yet though after putting in a service.request. Looking.foward.to good.times.ahead

Yeah the service requests don't usually do much. At this point I am assuming they're just too busy to answer them.

I figure the more we bug them, the slower things will be. So im just going to let them be. Can't get orders out if they're answering every message and emails and stuff.

I know it'll come through, just a matter of when haha. Im hoping by 4/20 lol
 
Opening the physical location has been an amazing blessing but it has really strained the online stuff. We are doing the best we can to balance it all. I personally thank you for your patience while we are working through this transition period.
