This quote right here should be enough to scare anyone else off, so everyone knows when FOG’s logistics end up as bad as their communication, promptness and decency, you’re just SOL, so when you’re deciding to “buy from them or not buy from them” you already know the answer.

You can play this act all you want but in the end, your “church” is just a fucking business, your “sacraments” are just fucking ďřuğs, and you’re just a fucking ďrüg dêaļer.

We have the photo of your package. We shipped what you ordered. You think we are game goofy or something? Do you think this is our first time doing this and handling people like you that are looking for free sacrament?

If you received your package and it was missing an item, you got burned after we shipped it and thats not something we are responsible for. If you are just looking for some extra sacrament, you picked the wrong one.

You had photo evidence this whole time that you never shared with the buyêr? Who has evidence of a issue and never shares that?? Wouldn't the easiest and quickest thing be to dm/email the büyer pics of his specific package with its items being sealed up and time stamped? If you had that clear of evidence, it would have cleared this up in a timely manner. But it sounds like you just didn't respond after saying you'd check. Seems to be a common thing mentioned. It's odd at this point that you don't own your bad comms issue when people keep saying it happens over and over, so I'd venture to say it's highly likely you wouldn't own a shipment issue either.

Again, I have no skin in this, but Ive never seen people treated this way on DBG. I hate seeing my fellow brothers & sisters being treated so poorly. I would caution anyone else from ordering from FOG since they don't own up to any mistakes. Lots of vēndors will appreciate you here. This vendør just repeatedly says, I don't need you.

Your professionalism is a huget of your reputation.

Your reputation is huge factor in attracting customers.

That is the goal of being a vendor, right? To bring in customers?

Please don’t be a bully. It’s unprofessional, it’s public, and you can’t take it back. I’m trying to help you, and the community. See, I helped you avoid further damaging your reputation. So stop with the bully strategy, and help your customer in a professional manner.

Every single vendor makes mistakes, handling them correctly is what makes successful vendors.

I’m posting my experience (not good so far). And as a community member, I’ve taken it upon myself to step in and help resolve this issue.

I’ve already explained all that, and your reply is another example of bully-like behavior. It’s not going to work here.

Are you working to resolve this missing vape issue? I find your theory of the customer being jacked highly unlikely. Somebody stole just the one vape? I don’t think so.

Your indifference to this situation is also extremely suspicious - it’s very unusual for a vendor to act so unprofessional in front of potential customers. I would think it would be in your best interest to find a resolution to show others you can successfully resolve issues like this
 
Yes please do, because I can’t deal with people that don’t show themselves accountable, maybe send a picture of the image. If you can’t take the crticism then I don’t know what to tell you, I think your vibe is the telling one here. Where exactly would I have gotten jacked? Did someone at the post office open my package, take one thing out, then reseal it and finish the delivery? That doesn’t make sense to me, so either one of YOUR people is jacking product before it goes out the door, or you’re just shafting people.

Im not siding with anyone, id just like to say that in all unrelated fairness, i have had packages arrive empty, not from fog, from an old vendor everyone probably misses. There are some corrup employees at the 4 letter shipping company. So it does happen, sorry it happened to you.
If it showed up empty I’d be more willing to accept that, but it showed up 1/3 empty, that’s what I’m saying if someone at the post office is going to steal, they’re going to steal the contents, not just 1 vape, and then deliver the other vape and item.

Plus, like I said, it was a priority box, the kind that come with their own adhesive strip, and once you pop that adhesive it never seals the same, and it was solid, those things are always a bear to open. It’s actually pretty easy to tell if they’ve been tampered with.

I’m chalking it up to a lesson learned. I did have doubts before I even ordered, concerning the communication issues ( I had asked a question in their support function, with zero reply) and the OTHER member here that he accused of bad vibes and banning a couple pages back. But I went against that first impression because it sounded like he had good product. It’s my own fault in the end because I didn’t listen to my gut.

There's been real money and time spent on the above but I don't mind, it's been a learning experience and has yielded interesting results, but in the interest of health and the most efficient spice administration I've found so far, I hope we can get these pens sent out.

Wheew! thank you. I dodged a bullet here, I was going to place an order friday but decided to wait till today, Monday. Came back to make sure who I was dealing with was legit and find all this. Almost just placed it anyway without double checking but my gut said to do some more reading first. Thank you for your service 🙏
